Constitutions are set in place to control government, NOT people. (There are 2 Senators and 10 House Reps who have been elected in each of the 50 free states to serve in both the national and state levels at this time.)

If that video was the first time you've read or heard about the way it is and what many elected servant "Americans" did to sell us out throughout the past 141 years, it's a terrible shock. It makes one sick, angry, disgusted, and upset, but then we gather up our wits, settle down, and join and become one more soul in the Republic who will make a difference because of the strength of We The People who are gathering knowledge and standing up for ourselves.

As you empower yourself with knowledge, a HUGE switch will take place in your mind, and you'll finally begin to understand that we can't expect those IN the corporation (all elected officials, the judicial system, law enforcement, etc.) to change "the system." Nor can we do anything "about" the corporation which is de facto, i.e. fake, false, fabricated, illegal, illegitimate, outside the Constitution.
(The corporation's foundation is the Federal Reserve, and that, with the IMF and the "Fed's United States Dollar" are being dismantled by countries around the world. Many countries have already moved off the "U. S. Dollar" as the "reserve currency of the world." You'll learn more about this as you keep going through this website and so much of the "confusion of what's going on and not understanding" will all blossom before you with clarity! You'll love it!!)

Believe me, you're surely not going to hear the truth on T.V. So at least for the next fews months, begin to plug time into this website for the sake of your personal freedom. Give yourself a chance to become empowered with the truth and knowledge. We can ONLY change ourselves, not someone else.

In February and March of 2010 We The People realized that with an organized effort across and throughout this country, we could put the power of government that was rightly ours, back into our own hands, and just claim and re-establish the form of government, i.e. de jure = lawful, just, Constitutional, proper, that once was prior to 1860. We want men (it also means women) to "rule by law," not by whim. We hate the idea that all of what we believe to be "government" is run illegally and unconstitutionally! Is that o.k. with you? Is it o.k. with you that we now have socialism instead of capitalism as the kind of government in this country?

You see, the corporation never dissolved the Constitution. It was just set aside. So some of us in each of the 50 union free States followed the charge given to us in your's and my inheritance document, the Declaration of Independence, and took a stand (lawfully by documentation and presentment) to reclaim the Republic Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4). And we are continuing to build the Republic on a daily basis and are steadily growing! Because if you and I as "We the People" don't exist as a Republic on this land, then when it's announced that the corporation has run out of steam, the U. N. is poised to take over. That's always been the plan . . . one world government, dissolve our Constitution and what's left of our freedoms, etc. So it's great that you're here to learn about your responsibility to claim your freedom as an American. Your family and your country need you! And we so welcome you :))).

- 1787 – 89 – 91 Constitution written, ratified; Bill of Rights; bankruptcy declared

- 1859 – 61-65 – bankruptcy reorganization; collateral disagreement; Civil War
THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS WHICH FOLLOWED:

-         1871 – FRAUD:  The federal / national government was created into a corporation (by Congress via the "Corporation Act of 1871" in February). To try and give a simple word picture of what this meant, is that the 1871 Congress took a copy of the Constitution at that time (which had 15 Amendments, excluding the original 13th) and put it into a folder with the title "Corporation Charter." That, then became the "operating manual" of the United States government. The "Charter" meant that now the President and his VP, Congress (our elected "servants"), the judiciary, and all others in "government" were no longer subservient to We The People, but gradually their authority shifted to the privately-owned Federal Reserve bankers (1913) who control our money system!! ("He who controls the money supply of a nation controls the nation." James A. Garfield)
      Working from the Constitution that is now a "corporate charter" allows for the deceitful "underlying ability" for elected officials, judges, lawyers/attorneys, and all others "in a now imposter government" to usurp our "rights" and charge a "for profit" monetary fee ($$$) for "services" now "given to us as a "privilege from man" (i.e. certificates, licenses, permits, tags, badges, etc.)! It's always been said that "if you don't know your rights, you don't have any," and that's what's happened to us Americans during the past 140 years! Government has been turned upside down on us, and if there is to be any "change," and a return to the Constitutional Republic Form of Government, it will take a continuing, growning body of people who "join the Republic" to take a claim and stand for the Republic.  Everyone needs to understand that the Constitution was set aside in 1871, but it was never dissolved.  So People reclaimed, re-established, restored, and re-inhabited the "Republic" in 2010 to call it back into action as the Federal Reserve Corporation is disintegrating. (The corporation's gradual plan is that the governance of this country was going to be fully turned over to the United Nations. They already have jurisdiction over all the national/federal land in this country which are biospheres and World Heritage Sites: parks, monuments, sites, etc., AND the entire educational system of this country via the Department of Education!)
ALL STATE & COUNTY GOVERNMENTS needed to be corporations by 1970 and put names in ALL CAPS.
NOTE: The message that needs to get out across the land, to every American, is that our so-called "government" is an imposter because it is a "corporation" which is a "for profit" company, a "for profit" business. That's why it's so wacko according to "common sense" Americans. It is no different than the business owner down the street in its set-up via incorporation papers! I have the 1933 IRS incorporation papers from the UCC office in Dover, Delaware (the Federal Reserve's private collection agency). That's why the IRS Commissioner, in the Diversified Metals Supreme Court case said that the IRS is not a part of the U. S. government. And that's why it doesn't matter how wonderful a person is whom we elect "to government," the foundation of that "government" that the elected servant works within is a corporation, not a Constitutional Republic government, so it's impossible for the elected to change it from the inside!!  Just like the men who went to the Constitutional Convention in 1787, they knew they couldn't "change" the Articles of Confederation to solve the problems . . . they needed to begin with something totally new. And that's what 1354 of us from 50 states did on March 30, 2010 . . . we knew we couldn't change the CORPORATION, so we re-established the Constitutional Republic, we re-inhabited what stopped around 1860. We "restored the Republic." And as Americans understand this and want a "change" according to what they would do if they were in charge, they are joining the Republic to make this happen. We are putting the government back into the people's hands.  We The People are the First Level of Government in this country. We are doing it. The Declaration of Independence says that it is our duty to do so.
      On the economic side, 100-140 years ago, the bankers gained control of governments around the world via central banking, and so many have become upset over the control, poverty, no sound money, "credit" systems of debt, and such that they are now dismantling the Federal Reserve, have been going off the American "dollar" as the reserve currency of the world, and setting up alternate currencies. This is why the "collapse" of the corporation government is happening . . . they no longer have the support and backing of the economic system that held them up during the 1900s. And the worse deceit is that the corporation which everyone believes is the government, is all based on economics instead of their job of limited governance to keep our rights secured and to keep government OUT of our lives!!! That's one of the reasons why there are overflowing jails (bonds which they're securitizing) and the thousands of traffic fines to make money for the local governments!!! Why is this? For the following . . . . .
-         1913 – Private central banking was set up, i.e. the Federal Reserve and the IRS.

Both are private corporations; IRS is not a part of "government;" 16th Amendment was never ratified.

- 1929-1933-1964 – The Great Depression; gold and silver stolen from Americans

- 1929-1933-1935 – Bankruptcy reorganization, Birth Certificates required as securities, Socialist Security Trust Fund (government takes care of you), American men and women created as corporations, i.e. recognized by corporate ALL CAPITAL LETTER NAME. Look at your driver's license & all other papers from government. This is your STRAWMAN (see a law dictionary).
Through Adhesion Contracts, the "corporation imposter government" now OWNS e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e and e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g in this country!!! We are property, collateral, and chattel. The government owns the land (Can you sell what you don't own? You don't pay property taxes & they can take; therefore they own; same with vehicles, registration, fees, plates, etc.!)

- 1930s and 1970s – Judicial/Court reorganization: Common Law eliminated; equity, admiralty, maritime law forms joined as a “for profit” corporation business. Judges, not juries by 5^th, 6^th & 7^th Amendments, are ruling. The Constitution & claiming “rights” is out the door.

- 2009 - Countries world wide began to state publicly that they’re moving off the U. S. dollar as the reserve currency; they’re creating their own banking systems, dismantling the Federal Reserve, and moving out of the International Monetary Fund, the IMF. Alternate currencies are being created.

- August 2011 The corporate

United States

IS bankrupt, but it has an artificial "bankrupt date" by which time Congress is to raise the debt ceiling. Needless to say, it's all a scam on us because there’s no world-based funding upon which the Fed can continue to print money out of thin air!! The major wealth-holders of the world did not renew their contract with the Fed, but rather with the Republic. Their time has come. The jig is up!

- The Republic is positioned to continue writing the government paychecks so there is no panic, rioting, and bloodshed. The Republic's banking system is set up and funded, backed by gold, silver, and commodities. (The de facto players are already working with Republic officials for the transistion.) The Republic will not allow the United Nations to take control. The U. N. is already poised with international troops and stashes of arms in underground mountain bunkers in this country, to take over when the Fed collapse happens. They plan to dissolve the Constitution and plan to disarm America (with that we believe gun owners will kill foreign troops, shed blood for this country, etc., and we want no bloodshed). So the stronger the Republic is (with you joining to increase the strength of those Americans standing for the Republic in this country), the better we are as a foundation to peacefully step forward and disarm anxiety, fear, panic which the corp government is creating (maybe won't have money to pay out Social Security checks, etc.), riots, and so forth.

- The Republic is building the Constitutional Republic foundation with the pen, so there will be no sword. JOIN US! The more who understand, the better it will be for all of us. Read the Declaration of Independence - - - to learn of your inheritance, responsibility, and duty to do what we're doing, to be a part of the Republic. Too many hundreds of thousands of Americans died for your freedom and rights-from-God for you to not stand up and participate in this action! ! !

The blog is turned on . . . . . at least I'm going to try it until I see a problem. If there's indecent language (which I have NO tolerance for!), or it gets to be more than I can handle if there is negative lashing out, etc., I will return to my norm of the blogs I've written and only have it be a one-sided message venue (mine) just to get the information "out there" and to make it available for educational purposes.

This is NOT an available platform for any anti-Republic, anti-President James Timothy Turner or other anti-pro-Constitution of what several thousand of us have already stood up to restore in this country. All of our Founding Fathers and all the men and women who have died in "service to their country," did so by standing on the ideals of what they believed our "elected servants" were protecting for us (and they weren't since they're the ones who sold us out to the mess we're in today).

I will tell you though, that if there is anything "anti" in this blog, it WILL BE info regarding elected servants who are supporting unconstitutionalism every day in their job (e.g., like everyone in the national Congress who allows the IRS to exist).

It will be "anti-Americans" who took an oath to God in order to get a pay check, yet they do NOT uphold the Constitution - national or state.

It will be the people and agencies who are anti-Sovereigns (like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League who wrote long papers against "Sovereigns" as if it's a dirty word and they say no one in this country can call themselves "sovereign." When I know people are deficient in their knowledge of history about sovereignty in relationship to adhering to the Rule of Law, and the American Constitutional foundation of law, it's time that you and I speak up and let others know the truth so you can make intelligent choices as to what you want to believe.)

The purpose of this blog is to expose the TRUTH. Therefore, I will censor just as if this is a textbook (just like you can't answer back to what's being programmed into kids' heads by UNESCO's content in over half of the textbooks being used in schools today, whether it is the truth or slanted or an outright lie OR worse yet, omission. The publisher is in full control of the brainwashing and indoctrination, and they're doing it big-time for the socialist platform!!). So I will only allow everyone's comments which add to the truth of the subject matter. And if your content is "a bit extensive," send it to me via email and I can add it into this website for that item.

S. slave CITIZEN vs. an American who is a Free-State Republic Citizen.   (There IS a place in the Republic for the word "Citizen," and it doesn't mean "subject" or "subject to." That's another lesson in history!)

I will give you principles of knowledge that every American needs to know in order to shift his/her paradigm of what it means to be an American - what "freedom" is actually supposed to be like (for instance no redistribution of wealth through taxation, i.e. IRS income taxes and knowledge that the IRS isn't a part of our government [Supreme Court decision: Diversified Metals], that the 16th Amendment - income taxes - was never ratified, the Federal Reserve is a private corporation owned by the 10-12 wealthiest banking families in the world, "government" gets not a penny of your federal income taxes - - - it goes to the wealthiest banking families for interest they charge on the use of their Federal Reserve Notes [You call them dollar bills.] which they create out of thin air since they stole all the gold and silver of this country!, etc.).

The Republic for the united States of America IS THEE ANSWER to solving what you see - believe - don't understand, but know are the problems in this country. All the Tea Party and other groups are great for bringing attention to the fact that there are problems. But they're looking in the wrong direction for the solutions and answers.

If you've also been looking to the current elected government people "to solve the problem," you, too, are looking in the wrong direction! Those who are IN the CORPORATION can't, won't, or maybe don't have the ability "to fix" the CORPORATION (if they even understand it) and switch to a Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4). It's just like the Articles of Confederation in 1787 - - - the Founding Fathers knew that that document couldn't be "fixed." Something different had to be established.

It's the same now. TURN YOUR FOCUS TO LOOK AT THE REPUBLIC. We the People have to, once again as in 1776, stand up for ourselves and our rights, if we want them. If you want your inheritance and birth right, then YOU need to personally claim that for yourself. No one else can do it for you.

We the People are the ones who establish the government in this country, NOT those whom we elect.

So it is We the People who need to and are fixing the problem, and we need all other Americans to help. (It's either us with a Constitutional Republic Form of Government or the United Nations with international military - - - who do you want controlling you and this country?)

We the People need to stand up to declare / claim our unalienable rights. Each of us needs to occupy a position of being an "American freeman" who, among men, institutes (establishes) the government on this land, and declares that the elected servants need to, once again
- - 1. keep our rights secured,
- - 2. keep government out of our lives,
- - 3. and recognize self-governing principles which we are reestablishing in order to regulate ourselves under the 1787-1789-1791 Constitution and our State Constitutions.

Elected servant officials need to remember that they are also We the People and that they have been elected to "serve," NOT to control!!! Constitutions were created to "limit" government from encroaching into our life.

"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it it the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundatiion on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. . . . But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, . . . envinces a design to reduce them (us) under absolute Despotism, it is their (our) right, it is their (our) duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." (The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, July 4, 1776)

There are those of us in all 50 Union States of the Republic who have already declared that we are "men/women created equal, endowed by their (our) Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." (more of the Declaration)

We have the solution. We're fixing the problem, and we need you to stand strong with us. If you consider yourself "an American," but are outside the Republic, then you're a CORPORATION U. S. citizen / STRAWMAN (look at your ALL CAP name on all docs, cards, etc.) with no rights. We're inviting you to change that, to become part of the solution, and to join us as soon and as fast as possible to overcome the wrong and unlawfulness that's been perpetrated against all of us in this country for the past 141 years.

This is one time in your life where one person CAN make a difference! It's up to you alone to reestablish yourself as a living soul with a beating heart, born as a free man or woman on this land with unalienable rights, and declare who you are. No one else can do this for you. And by doing so, YOU are helping to fix the problem; YOU are helping to solve the problem; YOU ARE THE SOLUTION ! ! !

Why are you here at this website?

. . . to learn the T R U T H about “government” which has a hold over almost every aspect of your life, is an imposter because it’s a corporation, and has taken away almost all your “rights” & freedoms. (Orwell’s 1984 seems alive and well!!!)

. . . to learn that We The People have THE ANSWER, THE SOLUTION to our problems! The solution lies in the hands and heart of the one you see in the mirror every morning. The “other guy” turns out to be y-o-u. It’s that simple because you are an American. You were given an inheritance document upon birth (or naturalization). It’s called The Declaration of Independence. Therein lies your freedom, along with the Holy Bible, the Constitution of 1787-89, and the Bill of Rights 1791.

This will be “a process” of committing time to learning, but it’s very achievable since I have the resources posted on this blogspot for you to gain an understanding of what’s gone on through 200+ years of history in this country, and since Feb.-March of 2010 when We The People re-inhabited and re-established the American Constitutional Republic of 1789 in this country. Everything is in a step-by-step process of “checking off” where you’ve been and what you’ve read, or what you’ve seen via videos or listened to on audios (and hopefully taken some notes). It will be best to get a spiral notebook or some organizer in which to keep all of your notes.

To make a hard copy of any of the material on this blogspot, put your cursor before a word in order to get the “I” and then you’ll be able to highlight just the lettering. Then copy and paste it into a word document. If the printing is so small you can hardly see it, just highlight and change the font size in your tool bar to 12.

As you begin to shift your paradigm about government, and to learn what the real role of government is supposed to be in this country and regarding your life as an American, remember this:

those we “elect” to government are to do only two (2) things:

A. Keep our rights secured, i.e. protected. Therefore, we (and they!) need to know what “rights” are and that they come from God.

B. Keep government out of our life.

The original Constitution was set up with the checks and balances for A and B, but when the people fell asleep and didn’t keep a watchful eye over their elected servant employees, those employees sold the people out. In the Republic of 2010 we have created We The People Jural Assemblies to prevent this from happening in the future, so it’s up to us to help ourselves maintain our freedoms in the future.

Also, we need to know and live by the principle foundations of self-government, i.e. Common Law, in order to have and live a life with “freedoms.” No rulers are to exist In

America

. No one is to “rule over you.” It is We The People who created government, and the created can not have greater power than the creator (but that is what has happened in

America

today).

So We The People are standing up, peacefully, and reclaiming our right to self-government with a pen, not a sword. We autograph a Declaration, just as was done in history, and are reclaiming the proper role of government under the Constitution of 1787-89 and the Bill of Rights 1791.

There is a doctrine known as the Golden Rule. It is the basic premise of American Common Law which we are to have in this country (not equity, Admiralty, Maritime, Roman, Roman civil, Merchant, British Common, statutory, and all other forms of “law”). It means we should be able to do anything we want as long as we don’t cause injury to another person or damage their property (the latter includes not doing what we voluntarily, knowingly, and intentionally agreed to do . . . which is a contract). Our entire life is to be lived out by these two principles:

1. Do unto others as your would have them do unto you.

2. Love your neighbor as yourself.

In other words, don’t damage, harm, or injure anyone, and keep your word.

It will also help you to put all of this into perspective if you understand that the “federal government” is NOT to exist in any way, shape, or form as it is today. It will possibly take a decade after the Republic becomes the daily operating government on this land, to implement the full shift of eliminating at least 80% of what exists as federal and state government today. This will be accomplished by a gradual pare-down of maybe 10%-a-year, for example, over the next 8-9 years.

There are not to be “full-time or career politicians,” especially on the national and state levels. “Being an elected official” is NOT to be a career for anyone because there is NOT to be “that much” for “a servant” to do! All these “top down” controls and regulations, licenses and fees, laws over morality, encroachments into your private being and so forth are NOT to exist. What elected state-level servants really should be doing is educating and helping the people of their counties in how to have bottom-up government. These servants should be trying to work themselves out of work.

AND DID YOU KNOW that there was an ORIGINAL 13TH AMENDMENT which had been adopted by all the states (prior to the Civil War, i.e. War Between the States), and it was printed in the Federal/National Constitutions with copyright dates in the first half of the 1800s?
The original 13th Amendment - - - - - Amendment XIII If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.
Guess who have "titles of nobility" in this country today??? Lawyers, attorneys, judges . . . everyone who has a BAR (British Accredited Regency or Registry) Card, making them an "Esquire" - a title of nobility! This 13th Amendment was "set aside," as was the Constitution, in the Civil War years!!! Just think, probably 98% of Washington, D.C.'s corporation "government" is filled with BAR-Card-carrying men and women, and under the original 13th Amendment which had been in our laws on this land prior to the Civil War, none of them have Constitutional authority to hold an elected office! OR to even be a citizen of this country. What a shock, huh?

And especially the judicial branch . . . currently, with full knowledge, they are working in and supporting a “for profit corporation.” It’s insidious. For disputes and claims under Common Law, there is a fabulous system of administrative processes with a Notary Public, 6^th and 7^th Amendment juries (by We The People with no “judge and court” as it exists in real life today in a courtroom), and We The People’s 5^th Amendment de jure Grand Jury. This is all a no-cost process between the parties, to try and come to an agreement, a remedy, a resolution, an understanding, etc., without ever “going into court,” i.e. the Article III court system! The Founding Fathers and We The People “way back then” really knew what they were doing! They set up all the systems for freedom that we could ever want, but somewhere along the line over the past 150 years our “elected servants” put us into bondage for their self-serving purposes of greed, power, and control (and probably a few bucks under the table to boot).

Almost all “governance” is to be in the people’s hands at your local level. It’s called “bottom up government.” When you join the Republic via your local free state, you will learn more about this process. (And that 80% whose jobs will no longer exist . . . they’ll be working in the “private” sector because of the growth that we’ll once again have in this country, of business, industry, and manufacturing, . . . and especially entrepreneurship!!!)

The American Constitutional Republic for the united States of America exists to once again become the operating government on this land, in this country. We are here to “be prepared” when the corporation collapses, so the U. N. doesn’t come in with their “already-prepared take-over in place, under-girded with foreign military troops to disarm us.” If that happened, then it's believed that there would be bloodshed, and none of us want any part of that. And even many in the corporation don’t want that and some are currently working with the Republic for a peaceful transition. (You’ll hear it in President Turner’s interviews.) This is why you need to help build the Republic, to participate in becoming prepared to transition the de facto employees into working under a “Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4).” We need people in the Republic to parallel with each de facto employee for research, knowledge of government, counseling, paring down, etc.

We have no control over the corporation disintegrating because countries around the world are also fed up (no pun intended!). Foreign countries are dismantling the Federal Reserve. They are going off the U. S. dollar (the private Federal Reserve Note, FRN, which is unconstitutional) as the reserve currency of the world, and countries are creating “alternate currencies.”

Wisdom begins with reverence for God, seeing things from God’s viewpoint and applying those principles into our lives. INTRODUCTION

Several years ago, a caller to the Larry King television talk show asked the guest, a Congressman, to explain the difference between a democracy and a republic. The Congressman responded that there was not difference; the two words were synonymous. Intrigued by the ignorance of this apparently intelligent, well-meaning man who had sworn to uphold the Constitution of the

, I consulted several dictionaries. None of them considered the two words synonymous, though all described them in similar terms.. Little wonder, t hen, that the words are used interchangeably today. To the founders of this country, however, there was a world of difference between the two. Even Heinrich Muller, Chief of the Gestapo, recognized this. In an interview given to the Central Intelligence Agency in 1948 at his home in

Is the distinction merely the rambling of politically incorrect 18^th century tax protesters, or are there real differences between the two forms of government?

MISCONCEPTION

Although we hear the term democracy used constantly in reference to our form of government, the word does not appear in either the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the

United States

, our two fundamental documents. Indeed, Article IV, Section 4, of the Constitution “guarantees to every State in this union a republican Form of Government.” In addition, we sing the Battle Hymn of the Republic, and pledge allegiance to the flag of “the Republic for which it stands.”

On the contrary the founders saw great danger in democracy. Tom Paine, that firebrand of the American Revolution, considered democracy the vilest form of government. In describing the purpose of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, Virginia delegate Edmund Randolph commented:

The general object was to provide a cure for the evils under which the

united States

labored; that in tracing these evils to their origin, every man had found it in the turbulence and follies of democracy.

Thirty-eight years after the Declaration of Independence, John Adams warned:

Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy that did not commit suicide.

John Marshall, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1801 to 1835 observed:

Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.

As late as 1928, the “Citizenship chapter of U.S. War Department training manual TM 20000-25 expressed the opinion:

Democracy . . . has been repeatedly tried without success. Our Constitutional fathers . . . made a very marked distinction between a republic and a democracy . . . and said repeatedly and emphatically that they had founded a republic.

One of

America

’s outstanding historians, Charles Austin Beard (1874 - 1948), put it succinctly:

At no time, at no place in solemn convention assembled, through no chosen agents, had the American people officially proclaimed the

United States

to be a democracy. The Constitution did not contain the word or any word leading countenance to it . . .

Why, then do we call ourselves a democracy, and does it really make a differece?

WHAT IS A DEMOCRACY?

The origin of the word democracy comes from Greek demos, meaning people, and kratos, meaning government. Literally, democracy means government by or of the people.

In a democracy, the majority rules either directly, or through elected representatives or appointed officials, without the restraint embodied in a fixed body of law. The law is whatever an official organ of government determines it is. (“The law is in their mouth,” as was said of absolute monarchs.) It is rule by whim rather than law, by emotion rather than reason. Individuals have no inherent rights, but are considered the products of history (slavery, the renaissance, dark ages, etc.), merchant, artisan peasant, etc.), gender (male or female), race (Caucasian, Negroid, etc), religion (Protestant, Catholic, Hindu, Moslem, Jewish, etc.), etc., and are classified and categorized accordingly. Rights emanate from the mass will or power. The purpose of government is to satisfy needs (food, clothing, shelter, education, healthcare, etc.). It is government by confliction biases with the result that members of politically powerful constituencies receive privileges because of their classification within certain categories rather than on merit at the expense of everyone else. The racial and other quotas under Affirmative Action are an example.

The laws are political or man-made, and reflect not truth and justice, but power. They are a mass of ad hoc decisions produced through lobbying, geared to expediency, concerned more with consistency or continuity. Gun control and drug laws are prime examples. They are based on the emotional reaction to societal problems for which the misuse of guns and drugs are merely the symptom. Despite overwhelming evidence that such laws not only don’t work, but actual encourage lawlessness, those who support them demand more draconian measures I the face of their repeated failures. As a consequences, our prison fill with peaceful people who merely want to defend themselves or relax with a drug which is at most, harmful only to themselves while murderers, rapists, and robbers are set free to make room for these political prisoners.

Political law creates advantage. Therefore political factions compete to control the lawmaking process. Government power is a prize to be won for the benefit of the winners at the expense of the losers. The law becomes an instrument used by the winners against their opponents. Officers of the law are appropriately called law enforcement officers or policemen (from the Greek, Latin, and French to regulate, control, or cleanup). Their primary role is to enforce the corporate will, and protect the power of the state. The military is an instrument of foreign and, at times, domestic policy. Taxes are imposed without the individual’s consent and are used to reward and punish as will as pay for legitimate government functions.

People vote for what they want, not what is right. The public looks to the political class for moral leadership. Public and private morality are considered the same which justifies making private morality public policy. Thus what one does in the privacy of his own home with consenting adults (gambling, for example) must meet the same standard as for public behavior. As a result, vices become crimes, and the exercise of certain freedoms become criminal activities. What is lawful today, may ot be tomorrow, and an individual considered law-abiding on day, may be a criminal the next, though his behavior has not changed.

Restraint is upon the individual. Rights are relative and take the form of privileges granted through government licenses and permits, or simple permissions revocable at the whim of those in power. The will of one segment of society – the majority – is imposed on everyone. Government acts like a hammer punishing violations of majority standards as enacted by legislation. Consent of the governed is meaningless, for such government exercise their powers over anyone they choose.

Democracy concentrates power into the hands of the few organized and clever enough to manipulate the masses. It is characterized by a communistic attitude toward property and monopolistic enterprises. Government thus becomes an instrument for the redistribution of wealth as well as the security of the state. It is the rule of men, the dictatorship of the majority without regard to the consequences upon individuals or society.

WHAT IS A REPUBLIC?

The word republic is from the Latin res, which means thing, affair or interest, and publica which means of everybody. It literally means everybody’s thing or interest.

The Declaration of Independence contains the principles of republican government: that all men are created with equal, unalienable rights, that governments are formed by men to secure these rights, and that government derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Upon these principles, our forefathers established a body of law called the Constitution of the

United States

to which they added a Bill of Rights as the first ten amendments to further restrict majority rule.

The essence of a republic is the rule of law, by which is meant the common or scientific law, which is certain and unchangeable. This law is discovered, not made, in that the tendency is to find the freedoms and restraints imposed by natural law, and base decisions upon them. (“Man cannot make principles, he can only discover them,” wrote Tom Paine.) Since human nature doesn’t change, what was right yesterday should be so today and tomorrow. Courts seek out and enforce a higher law as opposed to political or man-made law. As a result, the law seeks truth, transcends politics, is reasonable, consistent, predictable, and reflects or approximates natural justice. Government acts like a shield punishing the abuses of freedoms – assaults against the life, liberty, and property of innocent people – not the freedoms themselves. For example, the misuse of a firearm which results in injury to an innocent party would be punished rather than the mere possession of such a weapon. Officers of the law are appropriately called peace officers, for they do not enforce political law, but protect everyone equally from force and fraud. The military is used as a last resort to protect the nation. Moral authority rests outside the political class who are held to a high moral standard through public pressure. Government’s purpose is to protect rights and defend freedom. Taxes are voluntary assessments used to fund legitimate government functions serving the common good (in obedience to John Adams’ dictum that “No man may be taxed against his will . . . “).

Under this form of government, individual freedoms and responsibility are maximized. The individual is sovereign and his rights are sacrosanct. Individual;; are free to act without permission, but must never impose without consent. Everyone has an equal right to compete in the marketplace, succeed or fail on their own, and pursue their own happiness restrained only by the rights of others to do the same. Republics reject as a danger to liberty the public interest doctrine espoused in democracies, because, as John Adams articulated:

You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments’ rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws’ rights derived from the Great legislator of the Universe.

In a republic, the government has just enough power to carry out its proper junctions, but is otherwise limited, inhibited and restricted. According to political historian, Thomas Molnar:

The prevailing concept [of 18^th century liberalism] was . . . that the State should concern itself with public safety, and should be called – in the form of its armed forces – only to restrain the disorderly and crush the rebellious.

Power is decentralized, divided, and regulated by an elaborate system of checks and balances, with the ultimate check held by the people in the form of free and open elections (the ballot box), trial by jury (the jury box), and an armed citizenry (the cartridge box). The law is neutral. No one is exempt; everyone is equal before it. All are held fully accountable to an injured party.

Republican government is based on Tom Paine’s premise that:

Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; and its worst state, an intolerable one.

Thomas Jefferson, in his first inaugural address, gave perhaps the best description of republican government:

A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another . . . shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government . . .

In a republic, government is an instrument solely for collective security in which the people are served rather than regulated, represented rather than ruled. When the principles of republican government are followed, free markets spring up automatically followed by a growing middle class, abundance, harmony, a high degree of liberty, and ethical behavior. The emphasis is on the creation of wealth, not the accumulation of power as in a democracy.

WHY NOT A DEMOCRACY?

John Adams summed up what a government of men brings:

Passions are the same in all men, under all forms of simple government, and when unchecked, produce the same effects of fraud, violence and cruelty. When clear prospects are opened before vanity, pride, avarice, or ambition, for their easy gratification, it is hard for the most considerate philosophers and the most conscientious moralists to resist the temptation. Individuals have conquered themselves; nations and large bodies of men, never.

Professor Alexander Fraser Tyler, writhing when the states were still colonies of

Great Britain

, explained why democracies always fail:

A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until voters discover they can vote themselves largess of the public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship.

James Madison, father of the constitution, wrote in THE FEDERALIST No. 10:

In a pure democracy, there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party or an obnoxious individual. Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the tights of property; and have in general, been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.

Even Plato warned, in his REPUBLIC, that, as a rule, tyranny arises from democracy.

For these reasons, the founders of our Republic avoided a government of men and established a government of law.

WHY THE MISCONCEPTION?

The confusion is not new. James Madison, writing in THE FEDERALIST No. 14, refers to:

The error which limits republican government . . . seems to owe its rise and prevalence chiefly to the confounding of a republic and a democracy, applying to the former reasonings drawn from the nature of the later.

Madison blamed “celebrated authors” for the confusion because they placed:

. . . in comparison the vices and defects of the republican, and by citing as specimens of the latter the turbulent democracies of ancient

Greece

and Modern

Italy

. Under the confusion of names, it has been an easy task to transfer to a republic observations applicable to a democracy only.

Widespread use of the term democracy began with the Woodrow Wilson administration in 1912. It was during this administration that the anti-republican amendments – the 16^th (income tax) and 17^th (popular election of senators) – were added to out constitution and a central bank – the Federal Reserve – was established. All three acts centralized power.

The U.S. War Department manual mentioned above defined democracy and republic, and explained the difference between both. Sometime in the 1930s, during the Franklin Roosevelt administration, all copies were withdrawn from the Government Printing Office and Army posts, and destroyed without explanation.

Confusion between the two forms of government lingers today to the detriment of not only the American people, but also all those who look to us as an example of how to structure a just and free society. When we understand the difference many of the issues which divide us will melt away. We will then make better choices in our leaders, and demand that government become less intrusive, abusive, and expensive, and more responsive to our collective needs for security, harmony, and abundance. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the very survival of our civilization depends upon knowing the difference between a Republic and a Democracy.

during the past 140-50 years is a HUGE Wake-Up Call!!! They didn't go home and teach the people about the truth and ask for the people's help to try to change the system!

So know that a LOT of what is currently moving forward in Washington, strapping us tighter into bondage and slavery, will become null and void with the collapse of the corporation and the demise of the Federal Reserve. I just read a report (August 2011) of there being groups of "We the People" in other countries world wide who are organized to carry on with structure and order of a government on their land when the economic collapse of the central banks within the IMF happens and also affects them. So the disjointedness will NOT continue into the future and our lifetime, but I tell you, it sure is an eye-opener as to what will happen when the gates to the Book of Revelation are opened and it's a slippery slide vs. another up-and-down hill of civilization which is what I believe we're in because we've got the Republic established and advancing forward. There WILL be relief even if the world seems as if it’s getting darker by Congress’s and the federal agencies’ actions today. The sooner you join the Republic to claim your status as an American vs. a corporate U.S. citizen, the better it will be for everyone in this country because YOU will be able to help affect change for the better :)))! Today, let's say that house is worth $300,000. Do you know that with "that same pile of gold," you could buy that $300,000 house, but with the $3,000 FRNs you'd be lucky to buy the front door?!?!? The value of gold and silver don't change. It's the "devaluation" of our FRNs that changes.

- 1607 – First Settlement that remained & grew -- Jamestown / Williamsburg, Virginia
- 1619 – Virginia had an existing, running, operating, legislative government
- 1620 – The Mayflower Compact – 1st Constitution of Self-Government
- 1750s we had the French and Indian War, which was against the British and Americans.
- Committee of Letters existed to connect the people throughout the colonies/states.
- September 5, 1774, the First Continental Congress convened.
- May 10, 1775, the Second Continental Congress convened.
- In 1775 the first shot was fired which began the Revolutionary War.
- In 1776 the Declaration of Independence was created and signed.
- In 1777 the idea of the Articles of Confederation came into being.
- In 1781 the last shots of the Revolutionary War were fired.
- In 1781 a national Congress under the Articles of Confederation convened. And each year thereafter, with a newly-elected national President each year. So there were 8 before Wash.

- In 1791, 10 Amendments were ratified which became the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. (A side note: our Rights come from God, not man.)

- 1789-1791 Also the FIRST BANKRUPTCY happened in 1789-91 with the adoption of the national Constitution, when the free states agreed to take on the liability of the national debt from the Revolutionary War of 1775-81/83. You can find it in the Congressional Records, along with records regarding taxation.

- 1859-1861 The SECOND BANKRUPTCY reorganization came about. – 1859-1861 when the Congress wanted to put “property tax” against the land of the Southern States, and their shipping ports. The North wanted to “put the South up as the collateral” for that 70-year Bankruptcy reorganization (i.e. charge a tax on real property and that would take away the people’s land patent and allodial title rights)! THAT’S WHY the Southern states walked out of Congress, and not because of slavery, which eventually became the championed cause of what’s commonly called The Civil War, but more rightly should always be designated as “The War Between The States.” No war can be “civil,” and especially the one of 1861-1865.

- The 13th (1868), 14th (1865), and 15th (1870) Amendments were supposedly ratified, disregarding the original 13th Amendment (see next item) that is on the books of the early 1800s when you go copy the National Constitution out of the various states’ Congressional Record books that have 1850 and earlier copyright dates. That amendment doesn’t allow anyone with a Title of Nobility to be elected to an office for a public servant, NOR to even be a citizen of this country. Now, guess who wear Titles of Nobility in this country? Every man and woman who calls themselves a lawyer or an attorney! The Title of Nobility is Esquire.

Also, the 14th Amendment has been used much over the years to try and say that all of us are “federal citizens” which isn’t the truth, but again, it’s been done to get us all under the deceitful fold of being property of the corporate government.

(Look at your birth certificate. If you were born in one of the 50 free states, did it come from the federal zone, i.e.the District of Columbia, or from one of the 50 states you were born in? It's from the state's Vital Statistic's Office: Public Health, Vital Records, etc., right? Your citizenship comes from the "free state," not the federal zone as some people want you to believe the 14th Amendment says.)

You figure, when the 14th Amendment was adopted in 1868, all the "white people?? or just white men??" were already citizens of their "state." But slaves and some others weren't. Now after the Civil War, all were to have citizenship. Well, if you were already born, you couldn't be physically "reborn" in order to have state-issued-recognized citizenship. So the "federal government" took up that slack by the 14th Amendment saying:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States [here United States means the several States, although it doesn't say so, but until the 1890s, the individual States granted, or not, citizenship via naturalization; the other confusing item in this statement is that the words born and naturalized are adjectives which need the "be" helping verb, so it could imply the past tense, "were born or naturalized" or the future, "to be born or naturalized;" I'm standing on the past tense for many reasons I can't continue to explain here.],
and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, [this is just stating that all non-citizens in 1868 were subject to the jurisdiction of the State in which they were domiciled, i.e. lived in]
are citizens of the United States [first, United States is now referring to the District of Columbia - federal zone, because it's the one entity that ties all the separate States together; the non-citizens couldn't be a citizen of each of the individual States; therefore, it has to mean a different entity than what comes next which specifies "the State" meaning a single State; this was for those who were alive in 1868 who didn't have citizenship "yesterday," i.e. slaves for instance, and the federal zone/constitution conferred on them a dual "citizenship" of federal first which also recognized them as having State citizenship. BUT their children, born later in a State, then got citizenship from their birth state which, in the reverse, automatically also recognized them as citizens of the country, the united States of America, but it did NOT mean they were subject to federal jurisdiction, i.e. District of Columbia or the federal Constitution!]
and of the State wherein they reside."  If "United States" and "the State" weren't different entities, jurisdictions, lands, etc., then why would the same thing be stated in two different ways? It does and/or doesn't make sense, which ever way you look at it. It's this way throughout thee entire federal/national Constitution. Remember, the citizenship granted by the 14th Amendment was for the slaves and others who were born in the States, but weren't considered "citizens" upon birth. They were basically born without a country! Go read it because it goes on.

Repeat, . . . so what happened is that the 14th Amendment opened the door for all those people who were already born and living in one of the individual free States in 1868, to gain citizenship in this country. After every living soul was granted the citizenship status, then anyone born within a free state gained (dual) citizenship upon their birth by first being recognized as a "citizen" from the free state of their birth, but also as belonging to this country as a whole.

There's a lot more to another aspect of the subject of "citizenship" from 300 hours of research I did when McCain was running for President in 2007 because he had been born of a military parent stationed outside the physical jurisdiction of the geographical 50 states. AND so had one of my children: military parent under orders, on a U.S. jurisdiction military base in a foreign country, in a U. S. military hospital, etc.

I wanted to get to the bottom of whether my child, born "overseas," would qualify as a "natural born citizen" (Article II, Section 1, Clause [5]), if he ever wanted to become the President of the united States of America! My child, just like McCain, was granted American citizenship via parental lineage AND we, as the parents, needed to "obtain" his citizenship papers through the Department of State's naturalization process which is granted by Congress (Article I, Section 8, Clause [4]).

Sorry . . . McCain may be a Citizen or citizen (via one way called parental lineage, just like we allow the illegal aliens' children, in another way, to be granted automatic, full-fledged, American citizenship by physical birth on this soil), but "natural born??" - - - I say no, according to all the "natural born" history I could find written by Patrick Henry and others prior to the Constitution being written, when the Founding Fathers were determining "natural born" for people born in England or on this land.

REMEMBER, "natural born" and "citizen / citizenship" are two (2) separate issues! So the two separate issues of the Constitutional requirement of "natural born citizen" must jive. Just because McCain suffered more in just one day, more than any of us even want to think about, let alone his years!!! as a Vietnam Prisoner of War, does not change his non-eligibility of not being a natural-born citizen.

If you're going to open up that door and say that his birth conditions allows him to qualify as a natural-born citizen in order to become President, corporation or Republic, then without me doing another chapter of info at this point, you have to understand that everyone born in our 5 inhabited territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Virgin and American Samoan Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands) who are full-fledged American citizens upon birth, would also be eligible to be President of the united States. AND I DON'T BELIEVE that most Americans want to allow that.

THINK OF THIS:  if someone was born and raised for 40 years (let's say) in one of those territories, then comes to "the mainland" and acquires "a cult following within (the next) 14 years as I deem Obama did," would we be satisfied with just such a President?!??? Be careful with your "voting decisions." Make sure you are acting on facts and not feelings, because people aren't known to make intelligent decisions until they have all the facts.

That's why we're in the mess we're in today . . . and not just with Obama, but with almost ALL of our elected servant employees from local on up, AND those throughout the past 140 years who sold us out into the corporation and socialism, to the lovers of money . . . too many people vote for the skirt, the swagger, the talk, the walk, the pain, the promise of change, and on and on. We need to switch on the brain bulb, and as stressed as we may be, many are going to have to turn off the mindless activities in their life, and for one decade, drive for the Republic if you want the controllers to have to abide by law, i.e. the national Constitution which would then really prune the constitutions of the 50 States, and get back onto Common Law with control in the first level of government, We the People!

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

- In 1871, our wonderful elected “servants,” by an Act of Congress, created our government into a CORPORATION. (February 21, 1871; CHAP LXII; FORTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. III Ch. 61,62 - An Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia.)  They put The Constitution for the united States of America in a drawer, and drew up an almost identical Corporation Charter named The Constitution of the United States, and proceeded to trademark names:

US, etc.
And by the 1960s, it was so ordered that every state, county, school, church (through the 501(c)3), was to be “in corporation (i.e. incorporated)” status. A corporation can only interact with another corporation, so everything had to be corporations. This is also the reason they then needed to “incorporate” each of us beating hearts and live souls!!!

And all "corporations" are identified by the incorrect style of American English.  Proper nouns are to have the first letter capitalized and the remainder letters in lower case. Corporations are usually in ALL CAPS which is associated with "trademark" styles and names. Take note of everything associated between the imposter "government" and you . . . you'll see your name, address, etc. is always in all caps.

Do you realize that if you write a court case, it is absolutely impossible for that paper before the judge to have an "Upper-Lower Case" name on it? It must be in ALL CAPS because he and the court are fictions and they can't deal with a real live man. So you're being tricked when the Judge calls out what sounds like your name, but in reality, he's looking at your STRAWMAN's name, the ALL CAP JOHN DOE! He wants you to take on the liability for what "the STATE" has unconstitutionally imposed on you by their codes and regulations which aren't Constitutional law. So when you say "Here," you as the beating heart and live soul are submitting to the corporate jurisdiction of equity - admiralty - maritime law (for profit, i.e. $money$). You've given up all your Constitutional rights as an American and are "subject" to the "court!" This will be continued in another book :)))!

Each one of the above topics is another piece of the puzzle and helps to allow you to understand the turmoil of the web of corruption that has been woven around us throughout the past 150 years.

I know this is a lot, but just take this educational process step-by-step. Set yourself up on a schedule of one document a day, or one used-to-be-a-mindless-t.v.-show-a-night hour time period, and gradually it builds. In one-year's time at 5-a-week, let's say, it is 250 articles (minimum!!). You can do it! Then you'll be a walking tree bearing fruit of knowledge, rooted and grounded with sources of "their rules-regulations-codes-statutes-and what-have-you that you can refer to vs. being a duped, mindless zombie when it comes to what's entangling you that you can't get a handle on, today. Don't say you can't remember or you're not interested. Ask the Lord to put a desire in your heart to want to learn and understand the snare you're in.

Related to this time-line info, before I go on, I want to mention the Hooven & Allison Company vs. Evatt Supreme Court decision of 1945 which says that there are at least three (3) definitions of "United States."
1. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations.
2. It may designate the territory over which the sovereignty of the United States extends.
3. It may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution.
The case was about the Philippines and whether articles brought from it and introduced into the "United States" (collective states or mainland, etc.) were "imports."
DEFINITION: de jure vs de facto
de jure = just, justice, judicious, and Jesus (righteousness)
de facto = false, fake, fabricated, and fooling you

- The 16th Amendment was never ratified. (What is the 16th? . . . income taxes) (and neither were the 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th ratified . . . . . this was substantiated by over 17,000 certified documents culled from research by Bill Benson and Red Beckman from the 48 states existing in 1913. - The Federal Reserve is a privately-owned corporation, owned by the 10-12 wealthiest banking families in the world, only 1 or 2 Americans (Rockefellers) and all the others are foreigners. Read The Creature of Jekyll Island by Griffin.

- The IRS Commissioner stated the IRS is not a part of the government. See the Supreme Court decision Diversified Metals. They were formed as a Delaware Corporation.

- March 1933 by Executive Order from FDR (Pres. Roosevelt), AFTER the Great Depression when We The People lost all their money which they kept in banks, all the gold was stolen from all the people (by Executive Order within one month) and handed over to the wealthiest banking families in the world (the Fed. Reserve who prints all our money . . . they even put their name on it as to who owns it: Federal Reserve Note. Income taxes, they figure, is their way of getting a “service fee” for us using their personal services. THIS is why Kennedy was killed because he ordered money to directly be printed from the mint, by by-passing the FED, and the first $2 & $5 United States Notes/bills were issued the day of his funeral, and Johnson immediately rescinded that order! You can still buy those bills at coin dealers for around $4 and $10 dollars each . . . a good history show-&-tell.

- 1933 -- A Birth Certificate was now required which has been traded as a security your entire life because your heart and soul (all your labor through your life upon which you’d earn an “income, paycheck, salary, wages, I.E. COMPENSATION FOR LABOR) were “put up as collateral” for the reorganization of the bankruptcy of the country, which takes place every 70 years. See the video of the “lady from Arizona, Oct.-Nov. 2010.

- 1929 -- 1931 The THIRD BANKRUPTCY reorganization – 1929 (Great Depression) – 1931 collateralized the heart and soul of the American people!!! PLUS finalizing the “taking away” of the people’s land patent and allodial title rights to private ownership of land, with the greater increase and control coming from the creation of illegal and unconstitutional real estate, i.e. “property” taxes.

WHY WAS THIS DONE?

- There needed to be a way to create a “credit.” (This is just a ledger entry on paper in the accounting books because in 1933, all the gold, and gradually all the silver [still in circulation until 1965], was removed from backing up the Federal Reserve Notes - - - those FED families stole it all from We The People). THEY needed a pot of “credit” for you, because you were their collateral (they needed some numbers in a book), to balance out all the money that Congress would vote to spend. In banking, at the end of the day, the “books need to balance.”
- So # 1 – was the requirement of a Birth Certificate so they could trade it as a security.
- # 2 was the creation of the Socialism Security Trust Fund. (Congress has to vote every year to keep this ponzi scheme going!!! There’s never been a guaranteed account for you!)
- # 3 they created each of us into a corporation. A CORPORATION can only interact with another CORPORATION, therefore, in order to be able to enter into your heart and soul to extract from you, or bleed you to death, YOU needed to be recognized as a CORPORATION. (Look at all your “licenses, “permission privilege” cards to do something that was a “right” taken away from you at one time or another and returned to you as a man-made “privilege” requiring you to pay money to have it! If you’re ever in court, your name is ALWAYS in CAPS. Never has there been a court case with your name in Upper Lower Case lettering!)

DEFINITION: STRAWMAN . . . your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. The regular desk dictionary says a strawman is “a person who is set up as cover or front man for a questionable enterprise.”

Your STRAWMAN is the corporation identity the corporation government created for you so that they could interact with you. It’s like a ghost standing beside you, a dead-man, a fiction, a make-believe identity of you.

Your STRAWMAN needs you, the Real Man with a Christian Appellation (that’s your Upper Lower case Christian first and second/middle names given to you at birth in Proper English), to walk, talk, write, and take liability for all the unconstitutional, corporate debt the imposter, de facto (fake, false, and fabricated) so-called “government” indebts you to & makes you liable for unconstitutional taxes!!!! WHEN WILL YOU CALL A HALT TO THIS AND JOIN YOUR LOCAL FREE STATE IN THE REPUBLIC??? (See “Contact” at republicfortheunitedstates.org.)

- Not a penny of federal income taxes has ever gone to the federal government.
(Read the 1980’s Grace Commission Report ordered by President Reagan. It’s a book.) You have voluntarily donated it to the wealthiest banking families in the world, but didn’t know it and are now in a “trap” to have to do it.

NOW, THIS IS WHERE WE NEED TO STOP FOR A FEW MINUTES AND LEARN ABOUT MONEY AND TAXES, BECAUSE YOU’VE ALWAYS HEARD IT SAID THAT IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM, FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL.

Our elected servants who we send to Washington, D. C., “borrow” every penny they vote to spend because as a government, they have no means of “earning money,” (that’s why there’s supposed to be a “limited government***” within the constraints and confines of the national Constitution set up for us by our Founding Fathers). And go back and think about the Revolutionary War in 1775-1781 . . . who was paying for it? Did you know that every soldier needed to “pay, clothe, and transport his own way” in most of the wars of this country? ***(I’ll be writing a Restored Republic Report article on Common Law and you’ll be able to learn elements of the American Constitutional limited government.)

So, because Congress needs to “borrow” what they spend, they go to the “FEDERAL RESERVE” – an outfit created at Jekyll Island in the early 1900s by a group of the wealthiest bankers in the world (Read the book, The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin), and that outfit is neither “federal” (as it isn’t a part of our lawful government because it’s a private bank), nor does it have a “Reserve.”

There is NOTHING backing our “Federal Reserve Notes.” Look at what you call a dollar bill and they even put their name at the top, telling you who owns that “note.” It says Federal Reserve Note. And since it represents the “debt” that Congress put us into by voting to spend that money, these pieces of paper, or script, are many times called “debt notes.” Again, they represent the “debt” that we now owe to them, the privately-owned Federal Reserve banking families.

NOW, just like in any business, since we are using that private corporation’s “services, or products - - i. e. their paper notes,” they charge an interest on the use of them and THAT’S where the federal debt comes in. It’s also where alllll of your federal income tax “dollars” go . . . . . to the wealthiest banking families in the world who lend paper script to the Congress after they poof “money” out of thin air by writing out a check that has nothing “in the bank.” After they write out the check, THEN they go to the Mint/Treasury and have the principle printed, but never print any paper representing the interest they want in return for their service. So after thee first time that Congress did this in 1914, even if Congress would have wanted to pay off their debt, they couldn’t because the money representing the interest was never printed.

It would be as if you had a museum and you wanted to borrow 10 Picasso’s, but to do so you’d have to agree to return 11. It’s an impossibility. The 11th painting doesn’t exist. That’s what the privately-owned Federal Reserve corporation put the country into.

So this is where the “income tax” came into play, and up until WWII, income (which in a Supreme Court decision is defined as a corporate profit) tax was from corporations (as “internal revenue” which is what Title 26 is called, NOT Internal Revenue Service), and some of my reading has said that it also included some of the rich. I don’t know, though, at what amount of income one was considered “rich” in order to be taxed.

The way it worked with taxing corporations from 1914 till WWII, was that companies and businesses paid an income tax on their profit. And that’s what the Merchant’s Loan and Trust Company Supreme Court case around 1920 determined, … the definition of “income.” Merchants Loan and Trust said that the same definition had to be used every time, and that would be the one from the 1909 Corporation Excise Tax Act which said that “income” was a “corporate profit. You must have a cost of doing business or making the product upon which a profit is made, and it is that profit which is ‘income.’” That is the only amount that is taxable.

And that’s the way it should be because a company sells a product and they can build the tax into the cost of their products. You KNOW there are taxes included in the price, and you, therefore, have a choice as to whether you are going to purchase the product or not, therefore, pay the tax or not. If you don’t want to pay the tax, you don’t buy the product. And the company making the products can raise or lower the prices, depending on their “cost” factor to make and sell that product, and they take the tax into account.

SOCIALISM
Now, let’s look at how re-distribution of income which is socialism . . . extremely unconstitutional and illegal, and the income tax got to be attached to our personal lives and the so-called money, or a paycheck or income that we earn, because this was one more step into socialism in this country.

You do understand socialism, don’t you? It’s when government takes care of you. There’s a famous talk that a constituent had with Davy Crockett when Crockett served in Congress. It’s called “It’s Not Yours to Give.” Seems that Davy voted to appropriate $20,000 to people in Georgetown whose houses burned down and the constituent told him that there was no place in the Constitution to give any of the people’s public money to a private concern, i.e. charity. And therefore the man would never vote for Davy again. So the next time as issue like this came up in Congress and was about to pass, Davy stood up and said that there was no place in the Constitution that have him or any of the others authority to disburse the people’s public money to a private party, so he would donate a week of his pay to the effort, and would hope others would do the same, but not to vote the public money for it. And it didn’t pass. But just think of all the money that is “disbursed” to people and the world today!!!

So let’s follow the trail and see how this happened to us.
The national Constitution gives the government 2 ways to tax - - - direct by apportionment, which is one of the two reasons there is to be a census, and indirect which is an excise tax (an internal tax on certain commodities such as tobacco or liquor . . . what we have today known as sales tax, but I’m not sure if all sales taxes are constitutional or not. I don’t know enough about this tax subject to explain more.).

Beginning in WWII, the 1040 was sent out to people under the promotion of a “Victory Tax” which was created by an Act of Congress, to help with the war effort. If you ever study WWII, you’ll be amazed at what the people of this country did to have a “personal attachment” to our country’s involvement. There was rationing of coffee, sugar, gasoline . . . all sorts of things that there is NO WAY the people of the country today would allow. There was the “advertising, i. e. programming (just like it programs us today, but even moreso)” for people to plant “Victory Gardens” to eat their own food instead of buying the manufactured products so there’d be more factory-made food to send to the soldiers fighting in the War. So the “Victory Tax” wasn’t questionable, because you were giving money “to help our fathers – sons – brothers - uncles in the war.”

So what happened is that after the Victory Tax was repealed after 2 years, Congress didn’t tell the people and “the government” just continued to send out the 1040s and people continued to volunteer to contribute!! Voila! The voluntary personal income tax system was born and you know what they say about telling a lie long enough, and enough times, and soon it’s believed to be the truth? Well, what an example we have, right before our eyes, of that being true!! It was a perfect fit of being able to steal from the people in order for the richest banking families of the world to get that “interest” for the use of their services of printing and providing Federal Reserve Notes we use as “money.” And we volunteered every step of the way, but without knowing it, so therefore there wasn’t full disclosure of the terms of the contract and THAT is the fraud in the whole scheme of things.

(When there’s full disclosure, there’s an option for another way. 1. It was the parents first getting a marriage “license” which contracted “all that came from that marriage” over to the government as property. 2. Then it was the birth application which the mom, usually, signed as an “informant” and contracted you as property to the government. (Go to a maternity ward and ask for a blank copy of a birth certificate application and see the word "informant" under the "signature line." 3. Then the parents, usually, signed you up for a SS#. 4. THEN they said you had to fill out a 1040 if you earned any money so at first, if you didn’t earn enough to be liable to pay “income taxes,” but the employer had deducted taxes from your paycheck [which began in the early 1940s], you could get that money back. THAT was what hooked you into you voluntarily contracting with the IRS that you were liable for taxes from then on!!! It is said that if you NEVER signed a 1040, you’d never be in their web. So we’re trying it with a “young-un” to see. He claimed “exempt” on the W-4 so the employer is not taking any fed or state tax out of the paycheck.)

So to tell you again so it really sinks in, the government collateralized your heart and soul, your labor that you would produce during your life time, against the bankruptcy of this country (by trading your birth certificate as a commodity and building a “credit” account for your STRAWMAN which if the word for the corporation entity they created for each of us . . . your corporation NAME in ALL CAPS). We know that the collateral for each of us is at least $100 billion by the Treasury Department not denying such claims put into the public record according to their procedures.

When you begin to see things through the corporation-set of sunglasses, the fraud becomes clearer and clearer all the time. And it makes you angry and sick. Then when you recover from that phase of the learning process, you begin to learn how to stand up for yourself and how you can defeat the evil with the stroke of a pen and some gumption. (A great book is Fruit from a Poisonous Tree by Melvin Stamper, 2008.)

Knowledge defeats and erases fear, and that’s the only way you can conquer to reclaim your sovereign rights that have been taken away from you. JOIN THE REPUBLIC via your free state. Get a group of 26 people together to form a de jure Grand Jury from criminal cases, and a court of 4 and a Trial Jury of 12 to adjudicate civil, and common law if necessary. Help to build the constitutional, de jure Rangers (the parallel of de facto, corporate “marshals”) which will be the enforcement arm.

REMEMBER . . . IGNORANCE is YOUR ENEMY.
So again, this is why you might have heard that the Federal Reserve Notes which most people call money, or dollar bills, are called “debt notes,” because they represent the amount of “debt” that Congress creates when they vote to spend “Your Tax Dollars.” Remember, they never get a one of “Your Tax Dollars” to begin with! Which, by the way, you volunteer to donate to the wealthiest banking families in the world. Isn’t this unreal???

When you take time to think about this, you start to think about where government gets money, right? They don’t own anything (or at least they’re not supposed to). And this is why in the school days of some of us from the 1950s and 60s, we were always taught about a limited government under the Constitution which set boundaries.

You see, “government” isn’t supposed to be spending much money, therefore, they don’t need much. And this is why the Founding Fathers set “limits” on how the federal government can tax you and me, We The People. There’s a “direct” and “indirect” means, but no one holds to it because they’re in the corporation and don’t work with the Constitution!!!
- In the mid-30s the Socialism Security Card / Trust Fund was set up for re-distribution of income (take from the haves and give to the have-nots - - 1 of the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto)
- And then with the national government being able to number everyone, with “slight of hand,” you were created into a corporation with the identification being your Christian appellation (your given birth name, your middle initial, and family/last name) in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

ALSO, let’s make a mention of the JUDICIAL DECISIONS THAT TOOK US DEEPER INTO SOCIALISM
In the 1930s-40s, the courts looked at the Constitution and said that if something wasn’t in the Constitution, then they could rule on it!!! It was the total opposite of Amendment 10 to keep government “limited” and at the personal-home-closest level, “of, by, and for” We The People (which said all powers and authority not mentioned in the national Constitution were reserved to the states), but no one stopped them!!! They (the power-grabbers, the authority wannabees), totally dropped the ropes of the boxing ring (the 10-mile square of The District of Columbia) and now stepped outside their judicial jurisdiction and ruled over ALL the audience in the auditorium (all the 50 states).

DEFINITION: ADHESION CONTRACTS
AND, GUESS WHAT - - - (You’re going to love this! It’s more of the unseen, unknowing “trap!!”) YOU GAVE THEM PERMISSION to do everything they did to you, so it’s “legal” (for a de facto CORPORATION acting as a government vs. lawful, i.e. Constitutional) BY ENTERING INTO ALLLLLL the adhesion contracts you made throughout your life e-v-e-r-y time you “signed” (vs. autograph) your name, you contracted; every time you check that you are a U. S. Citizen; every time you got a license every time you did W-4s; when you registered to vote (to be a “patriotic American!”); and many other sly, deceitful, tricky ways you contracted WITHOUT FULL DISCLOSURE AND KNOWLEDGE which is what makes everything FRAUD ON THEIR PART!!!

ADHESION CONTRACTS pertaining specifically to you, personally . . . to your personal life, began with your parents getting a marriage license. Your grandparents, prior to the 1930s never needed one. How did they get married? They went to a minister who was “ordained” to decree marriage between a man and a woman (without the “state” needing to give permission) and recorded the marriage where ? In the family Bible. It’s the same place where families recorded births and deaths.

Now, when the requirement for a state-issued marriage license came into being, your autograph created a contract with the State saying that everything that became a “product” of that marriage, i. e. children, became the “property” of “the State.” (“The State” has always given me the creeps because in my mind, it refers to Hitler – socialism – communism. I’ve seen a LOT of WWII movies during my lifetime and have read all auto/biographies I’ve been able to get my hands on through the years.) And this is why government outfits like the Department of Social Services, or the Child Protection Agency, etc., can just walk into your house, more or less, on an anonymous phone call, mind you, regarding abuse or something similar, and take your children into custody for “safe keeping” while “they” then check out the situation, and do an investigation!

SIDE NOTE:
Today is May 8, 2011 – Mother’s Day, had a call from a friend . . . Wednesday her neighbor’s 2 young girls in elementary school were removed from public school and the parents were then told that the girls were “in protective custody and o.k.” There “was a report” that there was incest by the father (no way said my friend). The “government” will NOT tell the mother anything regarding the whereabouts of her two daughters – around age 7, who reported, what was said, what’s the evidence, etc.! And a year ago a mom in California returned from grocery shopping, was arrested (the dad was at work, the 14-year-old was home babysitting when some “agency people” came & “confiscated/abducted” the twin 7-year-olds and 10-year-old after some “anonymous” report of the kids not being adequately taken care of . . . and the 2, 7-year-old twins were handicapped). The grandparents near me, packed within a couple of hours and “unexpectedly” had to drive 1500 miles to help however to get all sorted out! Abductions “by authorities” are running rampant, and much is attached to the sex-trade slavery in this country. It’s quite horrific. The Franklin Coverup (book) at the end of the 1980s is a good place to start to get this educational knowledge!

Do you know what “adhesion” means in the dictionary? Attachment or devotion; loyalty.

The second “adhesion contract” that was made regarding you was the birth certificate, required since 1933 . . . (The Marriage Act around 1920 began the legislation to lay the foundation for this part of the trap.) Some states already had birth certificates back in the 1890s, early 1900s, BUT it wasn’t a “federal requirement by law” until the 1933 time period. Do you know that if you go to a hospital and ask them for a blank birth certificate form so you have a proof document, that where the parent signs, it calls them “an informant?” That also gives me the creeps of Hitler and communism!!

The next adhesion contract was probably entering me into school, signing permission for me to have shots in school because I remember getting the polio shot there and another where for years and years I had this circle the size of a dime on my upper left arm (for small pox).

And then as a teenager and going to college, my parents got a Social Security Card for me which says the card isn’t yours, but is the property of the government. I always thought that was real strange, but now I understand. And the first one in the 1960s had my name in upper lower case because people were really particular about proper English, and it was done by someone with a typewriter, so with no automation it wasn’t “programmed by a machine” and people would have done too much questioning if they were told to type a name in ALL CAPS. Also, the back didn’t have Federal Reserve Bonding # on it in those days, like today’s cards do.

And so it’s gone on and on from there throughout your entire life . . . with every “signature” (vs. autograph by the Real Man, the beating heart and live soul), being a contract you’ve made with the government, but without full disclosure. That’s an Adhesion Contract - - - not having full disclosure, but binding yourself by contract, by your “signature/autograph.

BANKS HAVE NO MONEY TO LEND OUT!!!
And this is REALLY going to get your goat: Do you know that a bank has NO money? That’s right - - - No money! So when you walk in to get a loan, you are the live man, the beating heart, and only you can create credit, because the bank, a CORPORATION, is a fiction, a dead man, and it needs a live, walking, talking beating heart to walk, talk, and write for it. Therefore, it is when you autograph your John Hancock on the Promissory Note, you are creating credit which creates the “money” for your loan. Remember, we don’t have any money in this country, only credit (ledger entries on a piece of paper).

But as if that isn’t enough of a sword in your side, what really takes the cake is that they twist and turn the sword for torture . . . . . Do You Know??? . . . that within 3 days the bank is “paid,” i.e. “credited” for the entire amount of your “loan,” and within a week, that loan is sold for ten times the principle which you created? (And THEN, the banking industry HAS THEE AUDACITY to charge you a 3-4xs-the principle-amount of interest AFTER they just got paid 10xs the amount of your loan!

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Remember your birth certificate which has been traded as a security during your life time? (If you don’t believe me, go order a certified copy or 2 or 3 of your BC and the “copy” will come on a “Security Paper,” each “copy” with a different “Security Number.”) Well, anyway, that “traded BC security” has been depositing into a “credit account” for your ALL CAP NAME, called your STRAWMAN, your whole life. So now when you go to the bank to “take out a loan,” you’re actually taking “credit” from YOUR OWN ACCOUNT, created BECAUSE OF YOU. If you didn’t exist, neither would your STRAWMAN account.

And remember, “credit” is NOT money. And if you think deeper into this, you will begin to realize that thee entire “credit card” industry is fraudulent. “Well,” you ask, “How would people live without credit cards?” Ever hear of a debit card? Ever hear of a budget? Ever hear of living within your means? Ever hear of a savings account? Ever hear of family helping each other out?

It has been written on down through the ages that a fiat money system (fake, fraud, fabricated) never exists beyond 100 years. The Federal Reserve Act was “supposedly adopted by Congress” on December 23rd, 1913, “under the table” more or less, and it was never ratified by the states. And President Wilson, whose election was funded and influenced by the wealthy banking families, with a split opposition like the 2nd-term run of President George Bush, Sr., and Ross Perot, later tried to “get it off his chest” by confessing how he felt he had sold the American people out! Well, it was a bit late by that time!!!

Anyway, that 100-year stretch for the “run of the good ‘ol banking boys” is up this year. In 2009, Obama went across both oceans trying to find countries to continue to buy the bonds that are created to underwrite the fiat Federal Reserve debt Notes which are printed by the Mint, and he found no takers anymore (usually referred to as “backers”).

Almost a year and a half ago, Lindsey Williams (if you know of his name as the 1960s-70’s pastor with the Alaska pipeline industry and since then he’s been trying to tell all of us about the International Monetary Fund – IMF, and that oil is the reserve currency of the world), . . . well, he came out with a report of a multitude of countries, spear-headed by the “hate-USA” country leaders of Iran, Venezuela, and others, telling how in the fall of 2009 or 2010 they created their own currency apart from the FED which has its tentacles throughout the world. So 2011 is going to be quite a year to see what will happen with money and economics.

(In 1930 if you had a pile of gold worth $3,000 and $3,000 of Federal Reserve Notes and wanted to buy a house for $3,000, either the gold or the FRNs would be enough to buy that house. Today, let's say that house is worth $300,000. Do you know that with "that same pile of gold," you could buy that $300,000 house, but with the $3,000 FRNs you'd be lucky to buy the front door!!! The value of gold and silver don't change. It's the "devaluation" of our FRNs that changes.

In January 2010 I bought 10 silver dimes for $12.50. In January 2011, I had to pay $23.00 for 10 silver dimes. In May 2011, it cost $49 to buy 10 silver dimes! Again, the difference isn't the value of the silver dimes. It's the FRN which is losing its value!!! This is why President Tim has been saying for years that we need to convert our FRNs which we are holding as "savings" into silver and gold.

(dmk's editor NOTE: I do not know the source of this document. It is another of the comprehensive summaries of the chain of events during the past 220-some years regarding the corporation vs constitutional republic government.)

OVERVIEW OF THE RE-ESTABLISHED AND RE-INHABITED Republic for the united States of America

The United States exists in two forms:
1. The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.
2. The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The re-established and re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 free states in the Republic in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the united States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not Constitutional for a sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns/Americans are to operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

To understand this document, you need to understand some basic terms.

De Jure – Existing by right or according to law; original, lawful. Common Law operates under De Jure terms. (de jure means just, justice)

De Facto - In practice but not necessarily ordained by law; in fact, in reality. Corporate Law operates under De Facto terms. (de facto means fake, false, fabricated)

These next items were written with the understanding that the word "Citizen" is the same as a "Subject." The word "Citizen" goes all the way back into the Bible and is not necessarily to be a substitute for the word "Subject." Also, "Citizen" - 1st letter capitalized in the national Constitution up through the 11th Amendment, had a different meaning than "citizen" from the 14th Amendment onward! There's another whole history lesson here which I don't have time for at this moment, so just note that in these next 3 items, there's more to understand. And a lot has a bearing on the corporation - legal system of today having law dictionaries which have an entire "legal" world of definitions that are entirely different from the "common" definitions you and I normally go by. That's why there's so much deceitful, legal entanglement going on around us!!!)
Sovereign – A real man or woman. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual (natural, the real man or woman). Without the Sovereign/American man or woman, there is no government.

U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

Corporation – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith.

Common Law – God’s law. Common Law and the system of De Jure Juries apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.

Admiralty/Maritime Law/International Law – The King’s law. Deals with criminal acts that only apply to international contracts. Under this law, the people are no longer sovereign. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that the United States practices is based on Admiralty Law. Under the UCC, contracts do not have to be entered into knowingly. Simple agreements can be binding, and as long as you exercise the benefits of that "agreement," you must meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept the benefit offered by the government, then you MUST follow, to the letter,
each and every statute involved with that benefit. That “benefit” is the Federal Reserve Notes (U.S. dollars). By paying for things with U.S. dollars you are unknowingly giving up all of your Constitutional rights and are legally obligated to follow all of the UCC statues. But you were NEVER told this.

Lawful – A term used in Common Law.

Legal – A term used in the UCC which applies to Corporate Law.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION
[Note by Panama Legal: These are the basic premises adhered to by the people in the movement and the people in the American Constitutional Republic movement. The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the (de facto) Federal Government. Thus it does not have to follow the constitution. Also it does not matter if Obama is not a natural born citizen since he is the head of a corporation. The corporation gets the permission of the people to reign over them by deceit (i.e. adhesion contracts we entered into throughout our lifetime, but were not given "full disclosure" as is required by law to make a contract valid). This is done by wording in the Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, driving Licenses, IRS forms, Marriage Licenses and other documents. They always refer to the “person” in all capital letters. This means the name represents a corporate entity. This is how the corporation courts get jurisdiction over you. Their courts do not fly the “real” American flag. What the theory is, goes like this. When you enter a U.S. Courtroom there is a military or admiralty flag flying (with the yellow fringe). The U.S. Military does not have the protection of the constitution (in a military court), neither does this apply to admiralty laws with ships at sea. (dmk's editor NOTE: But the military do take an oath to uphold the original Constitution of the United States of America, against all enemies domestic and foreign! AND all elected and other officials required to take an Oath to hold the position they were elected, appointed, or hired to, DO "solemnly swear or affirm to faithfully execute that respective office and to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." So corporation or not, their obligation is to the Constitution.)

When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have, and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge and court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying; thus, the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law, not common law. The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this. This is a brief over-simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts. In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote...the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fiction."

In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. www.barefootsworld.net/admiralty.html explains this change. The yellow fringe placed at the bottom of court flags shows this is still true. Before 1845, Americans were considered sovereign individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

In 1860 – Congress was adjourned Sine Die – Lincoln could not legally reconvene Congress. See movielocker.com/4084 for further information on this.

In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.

From 1864-1867, Several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to ratify the 14th Amendment, which made everyone slaves. See movielocker.com/4084 for further information on this.

In 1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated. The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government.

In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed. This insightful video from [link to movielocker.com/4084)] states the following: “This act was implemented to deal with the countries we were at war with during World War I. It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so. By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away. Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands. In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:
“...It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress, session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States.

This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States...

Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers. (editor NOTE: Today whenever you see a "biosphere" or "World Heritage Site" attached to a national park or site, it is this transferred land.)

Unwittingly, America was returned to its pre-American Revolution feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign (today the corporation claims that position) and the common people have no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank (a privately-owned corporation, a central banking system, owned by the 8-12 wealthiest banking families in the world, most non-Americans). We the People have exchanged one master for another.”

[dmk's editor NOTE: Think about this re property tax: You pay for a house three-four times the principle you borrowed from the bank which didn't have the money to lend you until you, the real man - the only one who can create credit, autographed the Promissory Note.
(No bank has "money in the bank" to lend to anyone! This is why the foreclosure process is beginning to crumble, and the sooner the better because all "loans" are fraudulent. A contract needs basic components which include 2 autographs, full disclosure, consideration, and the bank needs to have had some invested interest which they didn't have. They put nothing at risk on their part because they didn't have any "money" to put into the loan. Everything today operates on "credit," and the bank as a dead man, fiction, corporation, can't create credit. Only the live, beating heart can do that!)
You created a negotiable instrument by that autograph and gave the bank a security to monetize times ten. So they got paid ten times the amount "of money, you thought," you went into the bank to borrow, and they had no "credit" to lend to you until you created it - - because neither they nor you have any money, i.e. gold or silver according to the Constitution of this country!!!
NOW, you, as the slave, turn over your blood, sweat, and tears for 30 years for that mortgage. So now you "think" you own your house, right? Wrong! Property tax (which you've also paid for 30 years, but usually is "out of mind - out of sight because it's imbedded in the monthly mortgage) pops up its ugly head for a payment, usually twice a year, and it finally hits you that you're renting "your" house from the government!
And if you don't pay the property tax, what happens? (The question is, "Can you sell what you don't own?" The common sense answer is, "No." So then, how can the government take and sell your house? Because they own it!!!)
It all makes sense now, doesn't it? But a "sick" sense when you learn this for the first time. This is why property tax is unconstitutional. And I know of some people who bought their house brand new in the 1960s who today, are paying a monthly property tax equal to or more than their monthly mortgage was for 30 years to buy "their" house!#)@&$)#@&$*!#
So, do you want to put the elected "servants" back onto having to abide by the law, or let them continue to operate outside the law in a corporation? This is what the people of the re-established and re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America are all about . . . . . we want our elected servant employees to have to abide by the law of the land!]

In 1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Bretton Woods Agreement. The IMF is made up of wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world. It is an organized group of bankers that have taken control of most governments of the world so the bankers run the world. Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF.

The IRS is not a U.S. government agency. It is an agency of the IMF. (Testimony by the IRS Commissioner in Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391.)

HOW CAN WE REPAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?
The Supreme Court has said the De Jure Government offices still exist, but the people have failed to occupy them.

Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan? He said that two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions. This is one that We the people need to force our elected public officials to occupy – De Jure rule.

We need to change that by organizing Grand Juries and putting our officials back under De jure rule and out of the Corporate (or Military) Rule that they are currently operating under.

Our elected officials will then have to operate under the limits of their Oath of office to uphold the U.S. and State Constitutions, circa 1860. When they violate the Oath it’s a capital crime.

The reason we go back to 1860 is because that is the last time we had lawful laws in this country.

Where do the people get their power to convene a Grand Jury? The Magna Carta, 1215; The Declaration of Independence 1776; the Constitution for the united States of America, the Bill of Rights, the original Amendment XIII.

Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.

King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England. The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to sign a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced. The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter. If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”

(dmk's editor NOTE: ALSO, the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 10th Amendments, i.e. Bill of Rights, give We the People the authority to establish and carry forth with Grand Juries, an impartial jury, and a jury for a trial by jury. It says nothing of the need to have to have a court, a judge, etc. The people created the government. The body of the national Constitution, the original 7 Articles, were the restraint of the "federal" government. The Bill of Rights were for We the People to exercise control over their own lives. THE REPUBLIC EXISTS IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

The physical movement of We The People rising up out of the ashes began around the end of January - beginning of February 2010.

(As I have time, I will write more details between then and now.)

But what's more important right now is that . . .

At 8:15 p.m. on September 23, 2010, the men and women of the 50 republics who had already taken the step to cast their allegiance to the American Republic by signing 2 Declarations, and who understood what it meant to step out from under the U. S. corporation umbrella of enslavement, voted an actual functional Republic government onto the land of this country, the first time since 1860!

WHAT THIS MEANS IN PLAIN ENGLISH is that now there is a connected grass roots movement of people in all 50 free states in the union of the Republic for the United States of America. We began in February, 2010, and today there is an elected, established body of people who are the provisional national government which is now in existence in this country. Note: provisional means in place until, a means to an end, men and women for the time being who will do a job of bringing about the conditions which will allow every person who will qualify as a voter to participate in a de jure election = lawful and just vs. de facto = false, i.e. color of law which is trickery and deception.

On the land, in each re-established, re-inhabited, restored free state in the Republic (50 within this nation) is an adopted "StateName" Settlement Constitution (or it's being created at this moment) by the de jure Republic men and women in that respective free state.

THE STRUCTURAL BACKBONE OF THE REPUBLIC
Today, right now, having risen up out of the ashes throughout this country are designated, by name, physical men and women who have taken an oath to be, in the de jure:
NATIONAL: provisional
Congress (500 House, i.e. 10 per state; 100 Senators, i.e. 2 per state)
- - representing the Legislatures of the 50 free states in the Republic (national Constitution, Article I)
President (national Constitution, Article II)
Vice-President
a provisional Presidential Cabinet (20 or so)
5 (minimum) provisional Supreme Court Justices (national Constitution, Article III)

A Jural Assembly body of all the people who've joined the Republic via their free state.

EACH COUNTY THROUGHOUT EACH FREE STATE:
We now need men and women to research what exists as their county and city government structures, and to build a parallel body of government people representing the lawful Constitutional Republic throughout each county as we've already done on the national and state levels.

At the national level, this country's de facto government is already making preparations with the Republic because the government will change and the economy is expected to collapse .... or at least a new banking system has been structured and put in place, a new money system is being structured, and so forth. The Federal Reserve is being dismantled by foreign countries and is collapsing. They can not continue to "just print" paper money out of thin air. The world is not settling for that anymore. And without a Republic government of-by-and-for the people in place, the UN is already poised to rule this country. (See the notes at the end of this article.) Regularily I get calls from people about UN activities in their part of the country . . . especially from one man about the arsenal being built in the mountains out his back door, through 3 states, and being stockpiled with weapons, etc. by the United Nations!

The counties - - - as soon as possible, formation of both the federal- and state-jurisdiction Chief Justices, Courts, and de jure Grand Juries in each county and large city throughout each free state throughout the country/nation are needed.
THE SOLUTION to the problems in this country will re resolved by YOU - - - You and your country and We the People need YOU.  We The People are needed to be these "Chief Justices - de jure Court - de jure Grand Jury people" and then YOU will be the one helping to determine de jure, Constitutional, lawful "justice." As I said, we also need men and women to parallel each county and city "official" currently serving in the de facto government. (More info and instructions are in the Training Material Folders.)

in most free states, charged with the Educational and Public Relations/Development program to give opportunity to each and every man and woman settled in a county in his/her free state to join the Republic by signing:

2. The Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776
3. Jural Covenant with Definitions for voice, vote, to hold a position in a Jural Assembly
4. A County Settlement Constitution

WHERE do We The People get the power to "rise up and re-establish, re-inhabit what we've always had" in this country?
Answer: When was the last time you read your inheritance document . . . the Declaration of Independence? It commands us with a duty. You NO LONGER need to wonder What Can I Do? What Can One Person Do? Don't say "You Can't Fight City Hall!" and shrug your shoulders and feel doomed. STAND UP!!  CLAIM WHAT IS YOURS!!!

WHAT HAPPENED?
It Started Way Back in 1871 - - -
As an example, picture 2 theaters in your downtown, side-by-side. Now the name on one is "Corporation U.S." (Corp U.S.) and the other is "The Republic for the united States of America" (R-uSA). The Corp U.S. theater has been going full force since 1871 when our elected "servants" closed the doors of the R-uSA theater. And from here on you can write the rest of the script as to what this theater has been forcing down our throats, which controls almost every aspect of our lives (read George Orwell's 1984 if real life isn't sickening enough).

But Happy Days Came Along - - -
The year 2010 came along with a connected group of We The People throughout all 50 states, and a few leaders with a vision, a voice, and a following of sorts. We The People just walked next door and opened up the Republic-uSA theater. We The People began to clean out the cobwebs. We The People opened up the shades, repaired the windows and lights, and began to find still more We The People men and women who were and are willing to voluntarily work on the job at hand . . . to clean up the theater for performances, . . . only these will be the classics, the oldies but goodies (original 13th Amendment), and an old-age script (national/federal Constitution pre-1860). And the point is that what this theater has to offer is "so attractive" vs. what We The People are getting from "next door," that the participation audience is growing by leaps and bounds, and world-wide We The People in the American Constitutional Republic have become a recognized and established government for The united States of America.

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE CHARGES US
As each of us (We The People) found out about this subject matter, whether it was way back before or during the Vietnam War days or yesterday, it boils down to the fact that we each stand in our own shoes and we can't fool ourselves . . . we all know that there is no "next guy." We can't wait around for "the other guy." The closest one who is "somebody else" is the one we see in the mirror.

Each of us, man and woman, needs to stand up as a Founding Father and reclaim the Declaration of Independence of 1776. If you haven't begun to read it on a daily or weekly basis, I wonder what you're waiting for? Set that thing on your kitchen table and every time you sit down to eat, start from the beginning and gradually plant it in your heart. If you're fortunate to be sitting with others, read it - then say it by memory - line by line outloud, always adding on one more line until you can become an orator by heart - - - let freedom ring! ! ! Instill in your heart what you have the power to do, AND what you are charged to do. The Declaration of Independence - July 4, 1776 is your inheritance upon this land, left to you by the original Founding Fathers to keep and to guard. It is your duty to abolish the chains that bind and put on FREEDOM! ! !

WHAT’S THE SOLUTION:
We The People are the authority and are in power through Jural Assemblies and de jure courts and Grand Juries!

The law says that when a "de jure Grand Jury" is seated on the land, the corporation's de facto court ceases to exist!! The de jure does not need anyone's "permission," least of all from the de facto!! They only need it from the people, themselves. It just takes an effort of, by, and for the people (familiar words???) to begin to govern their own lives according to the rights given to them by God. This means full self-responsibility on everyone's part (this will take some training, we know) and no damage to anyone.

This will be thee hardest concept for people to accept in the Republic: if there is no injured party, there was no crime. No one broke the law. When people get wind of the fact that ALL "traffic violations" of speeding and such where there is no injured party, can be removed from the de facto court and presented to a de jure Grand Jury and will cease to exist, how long do you think it will take for the scales to tip with people taking a stand to be in the Republic? What about the unconstitutional property tax (actually it's to be a real estate tax, but it's still unconstitutional)? What about all the current IRS cases, state "income" taxes, vehicle fees and registration, licenses-licenses-licenses, inheritance taxes, death taxes, probate, and a thousand other "unconstitutional" taxes-taxes-taxes???

So what does this mean in practical, real life terms?

In this country we have 2 levels of court systems:
State jurisdiction and Federal jurisdiction.
Since the imposter "government" is a corporation, they are not bound by the Constitutional "limits" of government as we all believe they should be. Understanding that the levels of government, from federal all the way down to city hall, are running as "corporations" puts a whole new light on things! Now you're working with a different paradigm, a different world view, a different mental foundation as to what the government in this country is.

De facto means false, fake, fiction, fraudulent, deceit, and color of law . . . which is what the government has been since 1871 when our elected "servants" wrote a charter for itself, identical to the federal Constitution of 1787. And the players have play-acted with just enough sense of what people believe the "government" should do, in order to keep the deceit running and for the players to do things for their personal benefit, power, control, and authority (just think . . . Nancy Pelosi-our "servant" having her own jet, the unconstitutional income tax, the privately-owned Federal Reserve, Socialist Security, licenses and taxes galore with rules - regulations – permits – certificates – etc., TSA seeing your nude body via full-body airport scans, "profiling" for a bank account, the United Nations controlling our unconstitutional Department of Education via UNESCO, Obama as "corporation CEO" therefore the birth certificate or “natural born” doesn’t matter," taking away your freedom of planting a garden of all things!!, and so on and so forth).

WHAT’S DE JURE?
De jure means just, justice, on the law . . . it comes from centuries of civilized man using principles called Common Law which is derived from God's Word, the Bible. "Rights" come from God, not from man, so man can't take away, but your "elected servant" power-grabbers do so while you sleep (and then call them "privileges" or “benefits” and say you're breaking the law to not have them, plus charge you a fee for you to get them!!!), hoping you won't notice . . . they just like the "thrill" of being able to know that they can have "control" over you. Why else would people who are born on this land and call themselves "Americans" want to tax you (constitutionally illegal) and redistribute your wealth to the woman in the news in her 20s, who has 7 kids out of wedlock, and earns $144,000 a year because "the government" has determined that she can't financially support them according to a "government determined" financial chart, so she qualifies for the unconstitutional program called "welfare?"

HOW DO WE STOP THE RUN-AWAY GOVERNMENT?
So in order to finally put a STOP to these run-away trains and the "elected servants" (i.e. ruling class) driving them, we need 27 men and women for each of two de jure Grand Juries in each county throughout the 50 states, now that we have them set up in each of the 50 free states. And the number of juries needed will depend on the need by the people who currently have cases in the de facto state or federal court system as long as the de facto government is still breathing,
OR
how many people in the Republic want to initiate a case of wrong-doing against people who are still alive and committed fraud, concealing (ever have someone at the court house refuse to record documents for the Public Record???), counterfeiting by the Secretary of State-UCC people and Registrar of Deeds at the county filing an IRS "Notice" of Lien against you, conspiracy, racketeering, and all sorts of other illegal activities against you? What about getting a speeding ticket? What about the illegal mortgage and foreclosure system? What about the illegal property tax system, and income taxes? Don’t be scared to think of these things. A system of prosperity was laid down by the Founding Fathers to not have these illegal seizures of your compensation for labor demanded and forced from you under threat of arrest or loss of car-home-children.

The problem is that we're born into and brought up with the mind-set that what we have is the best possible in the world, but we were never taught the foundational elements of what true freedom is to be under the national Constitution for the united States of America under American Common Law. It's sickening when I took a wet-ink signature "Affidavit" to be recorded for the Public Record in my county and just because they "had never seen a document like that before," a County Attorney "made a determination" that it was NOT to be filed!!! Do you know that if you write a note on a napkin and take it to the Public Record to be recorded, the clerk MUST record it?!?!? BY LAW they do NOT have the authority to refuse to file anything (unless obscene, pornographic, against "decency" by God's standards).

THE SOLUTION - - - WHAT DO I DO?

First you have to sign the Declaration of Sovereign Rights, the Declaration of Indepdendence - July 4, 1776, and the Jural Covenant, to have the status of standing "in the Republic." Then let's say someone in the Republic is sued (let's say by the IRS for what they say was failure to file, etc.). That man or woman now, as someone in the Republic, has the standing and authority to remove their case from the de facto court, present it to their federal-jurisdiction de jure court's Chief Justice or the djGJ Foreman, who gives it to his de jure Grand Jury (that's what you would be on, or a part of). Now, you either already know or you learn during investigating while on the de jure Grand Jury, some of and/or enough history regarding the fraudulent Federal Reserve and IRS system:
- - that the national Constitution for the united States of America allows only 2 ways to tax, Direct by Apportionment, and Indirect as in excise taxes, and that the IRS tax is in violation with the law of this country and that makes it null and void, i.e. "criminal" to even exist!!!;
- - that the IRS does not have jurisdiction inside a free state;
- - the IRS is like a Mafia trap - - you don't know how to "not" file & be o.k.;
- - the 16th Amendment (income tax) was never ratified;
- - there is no law requiring anyone to file a 1040 or any other document;
- - the 1040 is an information-gathering form for the 2555 Foreign Earned Income form;
- - a requirement for filing a 1040 is never mentioned in Title 26, the IRS Code;
- - filing is a "voluntary" system;
- - the "code" is not law and it's for the corporation, not the Republic;
- - all "supposed enforcement authorities" cited in Title 26, when checked in the "Code of Federal Regulations Parallel Index of Authorities," have "NO REGULATIONS" OR only have enforcement in Title 27: Bureau of Alcohol (note: the Code does not list it as Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms . . . only Alcohol! This includes such enforcement powers as: Assessment Authority, Collection Authority, Notice and Demand for Tax, Liens for Taxes, Levy and Distraint, Failure to File Tax Return or Pay Tax, Frivolous Income Tax Return, Willful Failure to File Return - Supply Information or Pay Tax, Judicial Proceedings Authorization, Authority of Internal Revenue Enforcement Officers, and such!!! NONE of these pertain to Title 26, although our "elected servants" still allow them to be printed inside the Title 26 United States Code book for deceitful purposes to make you believe you're a "taxpayer," making you disclose all your private, financial affairs [violation of your 4th Amendment rights], so 95% "voluntary compliance" [oxymoron] is done out of fear, making you believe the enforcement powers and penalties apply to the IRS. All of them only have authority, as a Code statute, not "law," for Title 27: Bureau of Alcohol. But the ignorant de facto minds of jury members, your family, friends, and neighbors, plus the judge, will still send you to prison for not "obeying the l-a-w!");
- - the definition of "income" is "a corporate profit;"
- - there's no law requiring anyone to pay a federal income tax;
- - in the "Diversified Metal Products" Supreme Court case the IRS Commissioner states that the IRS is not a part of the government;
- - the IRS is a corporation, it's trading on Dunn and Bradstreet (you can pull your local IRS office up);
- - you have a copy of the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service, Inc., July 11, 1933 incorporation papers from the Delaware UCC;
. . . . . so therefore, you on the de jure Grand Jury determine there's no basis for a case and it's a done deal! There's no trial, everyone goes home, no American can be sued, and no American can be put in jail/prison for IRS issues. You must read Fruit from a Poisonous Tree by Melvin Stamper as fast as you can get a copy & cram it down!!! Loose some sleep over getting this book read.

FORM A DE JURE GRAND JURY
“Their law” says that when a de jure Grand Jury exists on the land, their de facto court ceases to exist!!!
The de jure Grand Jury (and de jure court) IS THE SOLUTION to our problems because it is you and me, We The People, who are doing the "investigation AND presentment" in accordance with understanding rights, the basis of "law," the foundations of the Constitutions - both federal and state, and "de jure" vs. "de facto." And every "American" can easily learn the basics which are based on reason, common sense, common law which is common to all mankind, equality before God, right and wrong, and what is equitable and good. Stand Up and Declare your Sovereign Rights via Declaration and become a man or woman on a de jure Grand Jury or de jure Court!

TO “BREAK THE LAW” THERE MUST BE AN INJURED PARTY
You MUST have an injured party to have "broken the law." So all of the thousands of traffic tickets would immediately be thrown out if people understood that if they are in the Republic, they can remove their ticket/case from the de facto court and present it to his de jure Grand Jury, and the case will be closed because there was no injured party. "Going over the speed limit" is an equity-maritime-admiralty-court-system-de-facto-government illegality that takes away your rights. But like the IRS says, if you don't know your rights, you don't have any. So now you're learning! Can you imagine that as soon as people understand that they have a de jure court system that THEY are on because they’re in the Republic claiming American Common Law, and that THEY can bring justice to our society and country by standing on the de jure law, not de facto “legal” positions, and that they are NOT under the jurisdiction of all the corporation "elected servants" and all the "color of law" that those employees passed (which don't apply to you if you're not in the District of Columbia jurisdiction), how this will change our country from one of injustice to justice over night? A RIGHT TO TRAVEL
You have a "right" to travel in this country (drive is for the corporation) without the government owning your vehicle (the original MSO like a "birth certificate" for a vehicle, purchase taxes at the court house, licenses, registration, money, money, money). BUT in the self-government, constitutional Republic realm, your responsibility toward your fellow man is HUGE if you damage anything or especially, anyone! A RIGHT TO PRIVATE PROPERTY without Renting from the Government
You have a "right" to own your property instead of renting it from the government (property/real estate taxes) and they taking it away for failure to pay "property taxes" after you've paid a mortgage for 30 years (which, by the way, was also fraudulent because you created the “credit (there is no money!)” when you signed the Promissory Note - the bank didn't have any “money” to lend you, and they got paid the full amount of your created "money" within 72 hours of you "taking out a loan!!!" That's why every foreclosure is fraudulent, and every elected-employed-hired man and woman participating in a foreclosure can be "tried" for fraud in the Republic, in a de jure court! - - and there's no statute of limitations. But, damage another man’s property and your responsibility toward your fellow man is HUGE!

BINDING ADHESION CONTRACTS
The adhesion contracts that have enslaved us to the corporate, imposter government is absolutely mind-boggling. But the racket has finally caught up with the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and their deceit and debt-based monetary system. #07 - GOALS of the RESTORED REPUBLIC

Restored America GOALS

The original February - July 2010 name, Restore America Plan, put forth a bold, achievable strategy for a behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government without controversy, violence, or civil war. It stated, "After consultation with high ranking members of the United States armed forces, the Plan is in the process of assembling the Guardians of the Free Republics and reinhabiting the De jure Grand Juries to the following."

A "Declaration" from the 50 free states was sent out to all 50 de facto governors at the end of March 2010. The de facto defaulted on those declarations. Therefore, the two "Instantly" goals in the following list were not activated, but they will be in the future. Remember, it took us 150 years to get to the "We've had enough!" 2010 Restored Republic action. When our elected de facto servant employees (the governors) didn't fulfill the Declaration presented to them by the de jure We the People in March 2010, we needed to implement the default course of action. That is coming along nicely.

Since the beginning in 2010, and still to this day and into the future, the following are STILL the end goals of the re-established and re-inhabited RESTORED REPUBLIC:

Restore and reinhabit the de jure institutions of lawful government.

Terminate illicit corporations posing as legitimate governments, in particular the territorial jurisdiction United States Federal Corporation (corp. ref. 28 U.S.C. 3002) posing as the de jure United States of America.

Terminate all presumed powers of attorney to such corporations.

End the foreclosure nightmare (for borrowing against one’s own credit).

End tax prosecutions for resisting the transfer of private wealth to foreign banking cartels such as I.R.S. (former Puerto Rico Bureau of Taxation).

End street assaults against the sovereign People for failing to exhibit a State-issued confession of subject-class citizenship.

End all prosecutions which lack an injured party.

Terminate the intrusion of corporations posing as the state into every aspect of the People’s lives.

End the use of covert contracts such as Form 1040, car registrations, birth certificate applications, and bank signature cards which confess the signer to be a legal fiction subject of the United States Federal Corporation (“U.S. person”) that has waved his/her rights in favor of state-issued privileges.

End the use of deeds which classify the People as “tenants” on their own land, thereby transferring control to incorporated County registrars and tax assessors.

End the perversion of marriage into a commercial system of state-issued privileges through the so-called “marriage license” whereby incorporated “courts” presume the “right” to trespass on families and kidnap children.

End the hijacking of automobile ownership through DMV registrations which covertly exchange the divine rights of travel and ownership for the state-issued “privileges” of “driving” and “title.”

In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity, and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.

Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.

Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans, and personal business loans “issued” by members of the Fed. The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.

Instantly end all non-consensual and unlawful taxation including all taxes on the sacred rights of labor and privacy.

Empower and inspire the sovereign People to righteousness through such renewed abundance.

Issue orders to the military and police powers to enforce the Peoples’ divine rights of birth.

Reabsorb all de facto actors into lawful de jure capacity.

End the perverse act of requiring the People to pray to “courts” as is now required under corporate rules and traditions.

Restore the de jure judicial institutions including the district court of the United States and the one supreme Court.

Quietly mirror the strategies of 1933, thereby using their (our) institutions, military, and public officials to undo eighty years of subterfuge without provoking alarm, controversy, or armed conflict.

Return the military and law enforcement institutions to proper and lawful de jure sovereign authority from the clutches of corporate actors.

Forgive all corporate actors who repent for their State-sponsored crimes against mankind. Remove the recidivists from office.

We’ve all talked about the Constitution and this country being founded on it. My problem is when I start talking about it, I get very upset, so forgive me, this will pass (choked up).

There has been perpetrated upon us the most heinous crime against humanity and it goes so far back that you can’t blame any of the administration because they are not a government. They are the United States corporation. The U. S. government as a for-profit enterprise in the Legislative Act of February 21st, 1871, 41st congress, Session 3, Chapter 62, Page 419, and chartered a federal company entitled United States, i.e. United States aka U S incorporated, a commercial agency originally designated as Washington DC, in accordance with the so-called 14th Amendment which the records indicate was never ratified. The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to the state: 19 Corpus Juris Secumdum 541 location of the United States - - the United States is located in the District of Columbia.

Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico was appointed receiver over the bankrupt United States in the re-organization plan #26 in 1950, Title 5, United States Code Section 903, Public Law 94-564. The Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, Title 27 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 251.11, the title Secretary of the Treasury is a euphemistic abbreviation of the actual title Secretary of the Treasury Puerto Rico.

The Internal Revenue Service was incorporated in Delaware is not a part of the supposed U. S. government which is but a de facto, for profit corporation masquerading as a government that operates out of Puerto Rico (this is the IRS). It’s not registered to do business in any state, is the bookkeeping and debt collection arm of the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico. They collect for the International Monetary Fund.

Everybody who gets up into the administration, the congress, the Legislation, all the way down to the local level are corporations – private companies. We are their chattel. We are their inventory. They make money off of us and you don’t even know how deep it goes (choking up a lot) and I apologize about my passion for this, but when I found this out, it was the only time I felt hatred for the evil slime who did this to us.

In 1871 when the United States became incorporated, they attached our birth certificates to a CUSIP number on the stock exchange which equals slave trade and it’s done every time a baby is born. There is a bond trust account set up and they trade us on the stock market and this is all documented and I know it’s shocking. Some of you are hearing this for the very first time and you’re thinking, “Oh, my God, how could they possibly . . .?”

They go so far as to trick us . . . have you ever been to court and the judge says, “Do you understand?” Don’t ever say you do. Say, “No, your Honor, I do not understand.” That simple little word doesn’t mean what you think it does. You have just given him permission if you said “Yes, I do understand,” that you are going to stand under whatever it is he wants to lay on top of you. The courts are admiralty courts. (NOTE-“and Maritime, equity" - not Common Law which we're supposed to have. There was a merger. It’s all about money today. That’s why you have a lone judge making decisions vs. the Constitutionally-required Trial by Jury.)

The judges, the attorneys, all belong to the BAR Association. It’s still a little vague as to what BAR stands for, but we do know the first word is for British. Some say accredited, some say attorney, and Registry. They do not work for us, We The People. We The People are working for them. We don’t need a gold standard. We are the value to the Federal Reserve Note. We can give value to our United States currency.

The Constitution that they’re teaching today, as wonderful that it is, to learn about a big portion of it, it’s not the correct constitution. It’s actually a second constitution and that’s the one they wrote when they went and incorporated.

In 1933 there was the Emergency Banking Act. You’ve got the War Powers Act, Trading with the Enemies Act, and every year the United States corporation, masquerading as our supposed government, which is no more than elected officials like a CEO and a stockholders’ board for AT&T or Microsoft.

So you’re not voting for a legislator, you’re not voting for a representative, because each and every one of them are bonded under a United States corporation. There are 37,000 subsidiaries of that corporation. Every agency when you look it up on Dunn and Bradstreet is listed as a corporation. It is a for profit, private company, and we are their inventory.

I feel bad knowing that I’ve been enslaved all this time (choking up) and I’m sorry for the people during the civil rights, all the wonderful ones who already were in slavery and they thought they were free. We’ve all been in this boat together, and people need to really wake up and we need to hold these corporate officials feet to the fire and insist the corporation must be dissolved, the Federal Reserve must be banned from this country, and we must turn our system of judiciary back to a Common Law. If there’s no harm, no loss, there’s no crime, and everything else is a way to get you to pay.

Even the court systems are hooked up to the CUSIP system. When you get a case number on a court document, and you’re being charged with something, why do you think they call it a bill or being charged? Because that’s exactly what’s happening. They set that court number up and it’s attached to the stock exchange, too. From the moment you’re arrested or charged, they start trading you on the stock market, swapping you just like they were with the derivatives and the default swaps on the mortgage, and that’s a whole ‘nother thing. We all know that’s coming out in the mainstream media.

The Federal Reserve is meeting on November 2nd (2010), the same day as elections. All I can say is wait for the sky to fall because they know their house of cards is tumbling in on top of them. (Choking up . . . . ) And if I do nothing but go to my grave, I will see them pay for their evil that they have committed not only against our nation, but every nation out there. It’s been an illusion.

And every person who gets up (she named some names), I don’t care who they are, they know their position. They know they’ve been lying to you. Why do you think they have such a disregard for the Constitution? Ha-huh—what constitution??? They’re doing as they dxx well please because as an employee of a company, can you go tell the boss how he can run his company? Do you think he’s going to change because of you? And when you add this all up and you think back to especially lately, it’s rolling over so quickly on itself.

So when you go to the polls. I’m going to the polls, but I’m writing in the name of Jesus Christ because there’s no one . . . I will not vote for the lesser of evil because evil is evil, and I hope some day we’ll all be able to have real elections with a de jure government, a de jure constitution, and a Common Law on the land.

I’ve got a few extra DVDs called “The Secret of Oz.” It explains the money situation very well. We don’t have to have a gold standard. North Dakota has a state-owned, state chartered bank. They do not deal with the Federal Reserve. They haven’t since 1909. They have a 3.2 unemployment rate right now, and they have a $600,000 surplus, and they’re just rolling along like roses. They didn’t suffer during the bail out and all of this. They don’t have a foreclosure rate, so let’s open our eyes and see how one state held their feet to the fire and didn’t give in to the Federal Reserve.

But I think if we take organizations in western states and bring them together with all the others, and we march down this better path, de jure government, that’s the way we need to do this. We can’t fix evil and we can’t fix the corporation. Thank you.

COMMON SENSE by Thomas Paine
What Paine did was to explain in simple common sense language why it was absurd to consider another individual who happened to be lucky enough to be born in a particular family to have power over you. He explained what the difference was between indigenous power and surrogate power in terms anyone could understand

Government vs. Individual Sovereignty
• Instead of a divine birthright that gave kings and queens power over others, Paine made the case for individual sovereignty
• He declared that all powers of government were derived from the individuals who created the government.

This 80 page pamphlet was an immediate hit with the colonists, many had already read John Locke’s second treatise on government which covered the same principles, but the timing of Paine’s book was perfect. It was January 1776 and the continental congress was meeting in Philadelphia, trying to decide whether to declare independence. As of January 1776 the congress was not even close to approving a declaration of independence… 50,000 copies of CS were sold in a few days, then another 50,000 copies were sold within a few weeks and then it really took off, It created a paradigm shift in the country….

Common Sense had helped create such a shift in public sentiment that the delegates were confident enough by July to sign their names to the declaration of independence.

Paradigm Shift to Indigenous Power
• In April of 1776 General Washington wrote in a personal letter that;
“by private letters which I have lately received from Virginia, I find COMMON SENSE is working a powerful change there in the minds of many men.”
Over 500,000 copies of Common Sense sold in a country of 2.5 million!!!

The founders studied history and natural law and knew that the societies that created the most freedom were those that kept power with the people and recognized the sovereignty of the individual. They understood how power works

Nature of power
• Since power originates and occurs naturally within each individual it is called “indigenous” power.
• The other type of power is that which human beings delegate to others which could be called “surrogate” power.

• Understanding the nature of power is the key to understanding all relationships between humans and their institutions.
• All humans have free will.
• All have the capacity to grow and evolve.

• Common sense concludes that any rational thinking being is unique because they have free will and the ability to manifest thoughts into concrete forms through action.

Surrogates are the institutions that we create including corporations, companies, limited partnerships, unions, and governments

Understanding the difference between surrogate power and indigenous power is paramount
• Surrogates can use force and deception to create the illusion that they have the power.

American Insurgents is a well researched book that explains how the independence movement pre-revolution had started in the communities through out the colonies, it was truly a bottom up phenomenon.

“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

The founders describe perfectly in the first two paragraphs of the declaration exactly what indigenous power is, from where it is derived, and what to do when a surrogate has exceeded its power.
Now re-read the 1st paragraph and find the phrases that indicate the principles of indigenous power and surrogate power that we just explained.

According to Locke , it is not just our right to alter or abolish an out of control surrogate but it is our moral right as a human being!

The founders created a constitutional Republic not a democracy
• Democracy is nothing more than mob rule!
• Our forefathers intended to do everything possible to implement a form of government that would keep indigenous power from being usurped by surrogate power.
• The only kind of government entity that can maintain indigenous power is one that is structured from the bottom-up.

All organizational structures of humans operate according to fundamental laws or principles, therefore any organization that is based on principles that allow for the full expression of indigenous power will flourish and greatly exceed the success of other organizations which are not based on these principles. Dee Hock and the structure he created at VISA international was a good example. Hock had always tried to implement natural law based principles in his companies, but he had never had total free rein to create something from scratch that followed these principles. With VISA it was different, he was given total control by Bank of America to build their credit card company from its inception. He did just that, and within a few years VISA was the largest commercial enterprise on the planet with 1..5 trillion in revenues! And no one could believe he had done it with out a huge centralized power structure. Here are the principles he gleaned from his experience in business and used to structure VISA

Attributes of a Bottom-up organization
• It must not attempt to impose uniformity.
• It should be open to all qualified participants.
• Power, function, and resources should be distributed to the maximum degree.
• No interest should be able to dominate deliberations or control decisions, particularly management.
• To the maximum degree possible, everything should be voluntary.
• It should introduce, not compel, change.
• It should be infinitely malleable yet extremely durable.

Our founders studied civilizations through out history and the world looking for models that had worked. Two of the best models were the Anglo Saxons and the early Israelis under Moses. Both had followed almost the same structure and principles
Here is a list of those principles please note as we go through them how amazingly similar they are to Hock’s list.

Attributes of Anglo Saxons and early Israel
• Equal representation.
• Unalienable rights of the individual.
• Local resolution of problems to the maximum extent possible.
• Few laws; those that did exist, were well known by the people.
• A justice system based on complete reparation to the person who had been wronged.
• Organized into small groups in which every adult had a voice and a vote.
• Family units of ten, each with an elected leader; within units of 50 families, each with an elected leader; then100, then 1,000, and so on.

Top down structures are based on control and command therefore they have a predominant feeling to them, to function, maintain power and to grow their power, they must create fear, so fear is the predominant emotion of top down structures.
Bottom up structures are based on individuals operating within the family unit, and what is it that holds a family together and makes it function? It is Love, so the predominant emotion and feature of bottom up structures is LOVE.
This fundamental difference between top down and bottom up structures impacts all relationships and activities within the structure and society. Here are the top ten characteristics of the bottom up structure vs. the top down structure.

Adams comment here is more relevant today than ever before in history, we have just witnessed the greatest fraud ever committed on this planet with the unauthorized secret distribution of over 12 trillion dollars to foreign banks and private companies that have ties to the individual bankers who own and control the federal reserve. They have stolen the wealth of every person in this country.

Monetary Policy

• “All the perplexities, confusion and distress in America rise, not from defects in the Constitution or Confederation, not from want of honor or virtue, so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit, and circulation.” John Adams, in a letter to Thomas Jefferson

Wilson wrote this just a few years after he signed the legislation creating the federal reserve. Sounds like he realized he had made a bit of a mistake.

Woodrow Wilson
• A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated [in the Federal Reserve System]. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men…We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world—no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men.”

If there was ever a more prescient comment than this I don’t know what it could be, it was like he could see the damage 200 years in the future of what was being attempted right from the beginning of our government.

• “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Welfare
• Forced charity is an oxymoron. It is impossible to feel charitable when the government is confiscating money from one family to give it to another—especially when the federal government keeps over two-thirds of what is budgeted for welfare for its own bureaucracy. Right now, 72 percent of the federal tax money that goes to federal welfare programs stays with the bureaucracy in Washington, D.C.! That is right, only 28 percent goes to the people who are supposed to get help (Martin Gross, A Call for Revolution).

We would be so much better off if we just paid the recipients of welfare directly and eliminated the bureaucracy!
The same numbers apply to the Dept of Education budge by the way.

Bottom up is the only way to help people get out of poverty or hardship
• As the nation shifts from a top-down model to a bottom up model, the people will develop the institutions necessary to take care of everyone in need. These institutions existed in this country in the past and they can be recreated very quickly. However, these institutions should never be based on the principle of force. “Renewing American Compassion” by Marvin Olasky.

All the research has been done by Olasky the old bottom up system of charity and people helping people on the local level worked much, much better than what we have now and private organizations only spend 20% on management and fund raising with 80% gong to help people.

Environment
• “The federal government is America’s biggest polluter. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
• Those countries where surrogate power has usurped indigenous power have the worst track records for environmental destruction.
• Most of the major well-known environmental organizations raise millions of dollars and spend the vast majority of that money on lobbying government rather than projects with immediate positive impact on the environment.

It is truly amazing that people would trust the entity that is the biggest polluter to protect our environment!
Government employees have no liability or responsibility to protect the environment because of immunity!

Trusting Government, like the Fox guarding the Hen House!!
• The sad reality is that surrogate power is so out of control in this country that our government literally gets away with murder because of “sovereign immunity.”
• Fortunately, a revolutionary way of approaching environmental problems is taking hold, rather than relying on regulatory agencies to solve environmental problems people are solving their problems from the bottom-up…the Lobster Coalition is one of the country’s most interesting experiments in cooperative self-government.

What our founding forefathers wanted for us was a Republic not a democracy. The Republic lasted for about 90 years before it started to erode.

1860-2009
The usurpations of the Constitution increased dramatically with the Civil War and we have been under maritime law since then. Today, total disregard for the Constitution has become the norm.

2010-???
Individuals in all 50 states have reestablished the Republic of the United States of America ! We are the lawful government, we need your help

How can we change the government?
• The beauty lies within the fact that we do not have to change the government! The Corp. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is bankrupt and will fall on its own. We have established a lawful de jure government that will run side-by-side with the corporation until it can no longer sustain itself.

• The United States exists in two forms:
• The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

• Our original government has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED
• In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.
• In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statutes at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts.
• In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law.
• In 1860 – Congress was adjourned Sine Die – Lincoln could not legally reconvene Congress.
• In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.
• In 1863, the Lieber Code was established taking away your property and your rights.
• From 1864-1867, Several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to ratify the 14th Amendment, which made everyone slaves.

1790. In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote...the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fict

At the continental congress in 2009 I was the co chair of the war powers committee, we studied a study commissioned the US senate that confirmed that none of the war power emergency acts that create martial law either under Lincoln or Roosevelt have ever been revoked.

• In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government.
• In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed.
• In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away.
• In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands. In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands.

1871 and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated. The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. (NOTE: A new constitution, as identical as we know it can be, was ratified by the people in the Republic in 2010.)

1917 This act was implemented to deal with the countries we were at war with during World War I. It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so. By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

1933. Executive Order 612 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people have no rights to hold alloidal title to property.
Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank.
We the People have exchanged one master for another.”

• In 1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Breton Woods Agreement. The IMF is made up of extremely wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world.
• Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF. The IRS is not a U.S. government agency. It is an agency of the IMF.
Our elected officials are supposed to operate under the limits of their Oath of office to uphold the U.S. and State Constitutions, circa 1860. When they violate that Oath it’s a capital crime.
• The reason we go back to 1860 is because that is the last time we had lawful laws in this country.
• Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law. The common law is very different from statutory law.

THE ULTIMATE SURROGATE

• Edward L. Bernays was considered the father of modern public relations... believed that he and other members of the elite were exactly the leaders needed to protect the people from their primitive, animal like selves…their role to “create manmade gods…who assert subtle social control” to “bring order out of chaos.”
• Admiral Chester Ward, a member of the CFR for over a decade, became one of its harshest critics, revealing its inner workings in a 1975 book, Kissinger On The Couch. • We believe that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the united States of America as conceived by the founding fathers would, if administered as conceived, return Americans back to a freedom and prosperity that cannot be fully comprehended.
